Service at Kia Willowbrook has been great with Luis overseeing our vehicles. We were at another dealership and had difficulty getting warranty work done correctly. Only reason why I gave facilities a lower score is because they were going through a lot of construction and we were in a temporary location. But they went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable.
