New and used 2025 Kia Sorento SUVs for sale near Severn, MD

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

I came in for a new clutch. The service dept. person I spoke to was more than fair. He told me the repairs was more than the value of the car. I decided to buy a new car. I was directed to John Wyatt. He was excellent. He was professional, considerate and well - informed. He helped me pick the right car for me. I am very satisfied. Thank You!

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

Today we purchased a 2025 KIA K5 GT-Line AWD. We drove 60+ miles from Pennsylvania. It was definitely worth the drive. Earlier in the week we tried to purchase the same vehicle at a dealer closer to our location. That didn’t go very well. So I contacted This dealership from the Cars.com app. I was contacted by Erik and within about 30 minutes we had a deal. No xx no ridiculous sales pitches. Just straight forward sales. Sunny was also involved in this deal and was also great to deal with. We picked the car up this morning and drove it home. What a great experience we had at this dealership. Last week, I purchased a new 2023 Kia Forte from King Kia in Gaithersburg, and it was a great experience. Felipe was very patient, honest, and very helpful. The dealer didn't have the car I wanted in stock, but he was able to get it from a different dealer. The process was quick and easy!!! Felipe also called me the day after to make sure I was happy with the car. Everyone I met was very courteous and friendly. r Felipe is definitely the best person for your next car purchase!

The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I?ve made over the years. I have never been to this dealership before but Lana Manko was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, patience and went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me. I've never had a sales person do so much to make sure I was satisfied with my decision. If I need another car, I will not hesitate to come back and see her.

Great Dealership and I would recommend to customers

Mr. Crooms was a good salesman. Pretty laid back but helpful through the buying process. Only glitch was that we went all the way to Baltimore to buy a blue Nissan Sentra SV and then were told it was sold the day before, so we had to settle for a pearl white which wasn’t our first choice. May have been a bait and switch, but can’t confirm. Anyhow, all went pretty well!

I went in with a friend to help her find a car after a terrible experience at another nearby dealership. We called ahead to see if the car was in stock and Maks was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful right off the bat. When we arrived at the dealership Maks was patient and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. It was a great experience for everyone and we were able to work out a great deal. I’ll also add the finance department was wonderful as well - clearly explained all options and wasn’t pushy about extras. Would recommend Maks to anyone looking to buy a Kia!

My problem was with the AI contact point at King. Stupid me, I thought Olivia King was a person, and I emailed "her" several times with requests. Before I went in, cars.com asked me to review "her" and the email included a photo of a woman, again making me think I was dealing with a human. When I went in, I asked to speak with her, and was finally told she didn't exist. But was I embarrassed and did I feel stupid! It was very deceptive. And this is not how you want a customer to feel when you're selling something. You need to make it clear up front that the email contact is an AI contact, and any salesperson will be there to help at appointment time. Other than that, it was a good experience. King even allowed the car to be driven 33 miles to my mechanic for an inspection. That's extraordinary. The car was in good shape, and we closed after returning from the inspection.
