New and used 2025 Kia Sorento SUVs for sale near Singac, NJ

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

The salesman, Johnny Brown, was very personable. He didn't pressure us to do anything which was refreshing. The dealership, however, added approximately $4,000 to the price for miscellaneous fees (not including tax) which if very high in my opinion. We were able to come to an agreement, but feel we maybe should have paid a little less. The care needed a small touchup in two places and an A was missing from elantra . Still waiting for the "a" to arrive as well as touch-up paint.

Our sales manager James (Jimmy) Kirchner was especially helpful. He explained everything clearly to us, got us a great deal, and provided a hassle free buying experience.

Exceptional Service at Kia! I brought in my late 2024 Kia Sportage for an oil change after getting an alert, and the whole experience was excellent. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and everything went smoothly. A big shoutout to Ronald, the technician who helped me. He was polite, professional, and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. Dave Rose and John were fantastic! They helped me find a great deal on a lease, with a more upgraded vehicle than I thought I would be able to afford! They had the best deal around by far. They were both patient and helpful and made the process painless. They are both so knowledgeable and easy to work with. Dave got back to me immediately and was able to answer all of my questions.
