Our salesman Preston was extremely helpful and made the process of buying a new Chevy Trax very easy! He was also a pleasure to speak with as we had a lot in common. We had an equally pleasurable experience with the closer Dara (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly). The only criticism I have of this dealership is that they put a Harry Brown sticker on the back of the vehicle and it was EXTREMELY difficult to get off! It was actually 11 separate stickers. One for each letter. They shouldn’t be doing THAT at all! Putting that aside, I highly recommend this dealership!

Great customer service getting my car in, ordering the parts needed and installation. When informed for pickup after installation, when I arrived , all paper work was complete, all I had to do was sign. This was a warranty repair on my 2019 Cadillac XT5 thermostat replacement. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Got a new 2024 outback wilderness and love it. Process was VERY efficient and not pushy at all through the entire process. They had reallistic and honest expectations from both viewpoints and excellent professional conduct. Best of all the staff are super down to earth. Also they have a super cute dog to play with while the paperwork is in process. Wife and I were blown away at the staffs scope of knowledge on their vehicles, each vehicles mechanical and technical changes year over year, and especially impressed with their willingness to give a full runthrough of everything a new buyer could and should know. Finance didnt push a single thing on us and the extra warrenty price points were well within what prices SHOULD be elsewhere. Great place to buy a vehicle, I found the deal on a vehicle I wanted online, sent a inquiry to make sure it was still available, Mark Talkington replied that it was, after a couple of emails verifying the deal I was looking for I went to the dealership, got there the vehicle was already pulled to the front waiting for me went on a test drive including the highway which allowed me to see how it handled while Mark went over some of the features of the vehicle, when we got back Mark asked if I thought the vehicle was right for me, we went in and started the paperwork, the whole process from pulling on the lot to driving away in my new vehicle was about 2 hours, Mark Talkington and Johnathan Cox made the whole process as smooth and easy as possible never any pressure to buy anything extra (yes they did offer extras and add ons, that is part of their job) overall a great buying experience and was well worth the drive to Jackson, when I need another vehicle Serra will be at the top of my list of places to look!
