New and used 2025 Kia Sorento SUVs for sale near Wright-Patterson AFB, OH

Took car in for recall and service was timely. Facility was clean and customer friendly. I was able to schedule appointment that worked well for my schedule.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

TJ was so helpful, he kept me updated with my 4 runner coming into the dealership and even sent pictures of the truck. I have recommended him to friends if they’re looking for a car. It was a bit of a drive for us, almost 4 hours but totally worth it. TJ and the dealership are like family, they gave us a great deal and helped me get the truck of my dreams. Thank you. A great big shout out to Scott in the service and parts department. I went to get new tires at Sams Club, on my Kia and learned it had locknuts. I did not have a key, so I was not able to buy tires. I drove to Matt Castrucci’s and without an appointment went into parts and service area and Scott Was Johnny on the spot with having a technician remove the locks for me and then installed regular Lugnuts. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. Thank you very much service team and especially Scott.

Had my 2017 Kia Sportage serviced Darrick Bailey went above and beyond I was quoted $200 and bill was almost $400 He paid $100 towards my bill Awesome

Service was great! Had oil changed and tires rotated. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I was able to get in and out on time.

Tom was great . He came out and talked to us and told us he would order a replacement part and get us all fixed up at no charge to us. He was very professional.
