New and used 2025 Kia Sorento SUVs for sale near Yarrow Point, WA

Our service consultant Gavin was very professional and pleasant. He had answers for questions and was very matter-of-fact. I will be taking my Kia Stinger there for routine maintenance due to the excellent service I received.

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

We have always bought used cars and drove them for years and years. However, now in our retirement we wanted to purchase for the first time a new car that was a little more sporty with all the safety bells and whistles that are available on the market today. We have historically been Toyota people, and they have great cars for sure, but the competitive price and superior warranties that KIA has for new cars were what sold us. We had an exceptional experience at the dealership: first with Brandon, and also with the finance, optional warranties, and service people. We look forward to a positive relationship with this dealership because since we purchased a new vehicle there, we will be seeing them a couple of times a year with our free oil changes for life! The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend
