New and used 2025 Kia Sorento for sale near West Monroe, NY

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Stress free, fast, very knowledgeable and informative. My sales rep was Jess. She was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable. Everything was done ( and done flawlessly) in just a few hours and I drove away with my new Sportage! All the numbers were presented in a honest and clear manner.

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

Had roadside assistance bring car in for what I assumed was a warranty related issue since the car has only 12k miles but it ended up being a damaged radiator. Cam was incredibly helpful in setting me up with a rental for the night and the service tech who started the repair late Thursday came in on his day off to finish the repair. I wasn?t thrilled with such a bill on a relatively new car, but Cam?s exemplary service resulted in a great service experience.

I had purchased 6 kias from Burdick over the years. This time with all the issues They could not get me a car. My experience at Mathews was great. Not only did they get me into a new Sorrento Lease, they actually bought my old vehicle that was coming off lease and found me several thousand dollars to use for the new one. Good Experience Great Job by Derek Muller- Parts Manager at Dodge, Jeep, and Ram Dealership. He personally contacted another repair shop and then ordered the parts needed to repair our vehicle. He took the added time to help us out.
