New and used 2025 Kia Sorento for sale near Wethersfield, CT

Recently purchased our first ever Kia! Evan was wonderful to work with and the process went smoothly , he kept us updated at all times and answered all our questions . There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

Super easy buying process. Andrew gave me side by side comparisons of different trim levels with no pressure to pick the more expensive vehicle. Carlos in finance made leasing a breeze. We have had a different experience than most reviewers. We bought the 2025 Sorento S, (highest trim level without the turbo) and power seems adequate. We had the car for about 10 days when my wife was pulled over for the taillight being out. The dealer replaced burnt out bulbs in the left taillight and for the license plate. Two weeks later there is a message on the dashboard that the L brake light is out. Take it to the dealer, where the service manager is surprised to hear it had 1271 miles on it. Dealership discovered a short in the wiring harness and the part has been on backorder for over a month. Since ordering the wiring harness, the cover for the keyhole on the driver door handle came off. It's gone, must have been while I was driving. Parts that just fall off are not covered under warranty, so it's $20 for the part and $70 to paint it. The people are the dealership have been great, but the product support has been disappointing.

The service and sales department provides excellent support. The management team has done an outstanding job training their employees in customer service, creating a positive environment for both customers and team members

The interior and the exterior look and feel like a luxury vehicle. It is extremely smooth to drive and handles well. Very spacious. Would highly recommend

The sales staff was very good and the buying process was very good but took a long time. They gad a class for us to learn about the controls on the car and that helped a lot. We are still figuring out some of the various functions that are more detailed but very impresssed with the car.

Want to go hank every service dept for the wonderful service, starting with advisor hector,all the way to the service manager Ivelis thank you all and there should be a way to rate there performance as it is for the management team as well the sales,so the individual who deserves it can be rated appropriately for there individual work ethic

I am so grateful to have a new 2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid. I had originally went in February, but did not come away with a deal. Lila has consistently reached out to me asking if I was interested and provided many different options to get me at the price point that I wanted. It was not easy, but we made it to the end goal.
