I am so delighted to tell my story!! I had been using another dealership since purchasing my first Kia 4 years ago. Unfortunately, I now feel they are not a very good dealership. My salesman left shortly after I bought, the service department has had multiple turnovers in personnel and my needs have not been met to my satisfaction. There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X
There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!
