My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

I bought mine new in June. I now have 28000 miles in March. The steering assist is a game changer on 10-12 hour drives. The car is effortlessly fast , drives easy, and I like the maps and compass.

The Kia, Sorento HEV I bought was Mfg. Dec 2023. I Bought in early Feb 2024. I like the design, I noticed when I drive posted speed limit 65 mph., with some hills Los Angles to Riverside I am getting 41 mpg. Of course if I drive 70 mph. All I save is 5 minute's. So I prefer to pay the greedy oil companies less. The vehicle is nice, rides okay, interior is well designed, and quiet. Features are just right, however could have came with front grill camera, and seat cooler. It is a nice vehicle.

THIS IS OUR 4th SORENTO. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR 2021 SORENTO SX. WE HAVE ALWAYS PURCHASED THE SIX CYLINDER FOR THE 2011,2015,2017. ALL THREE ENDED UP WITH 92,000 MILES. OBVIOUSLY WE DRIVE A LOT OF MILES PER YEAR. WHEN THE 2021 SX NEW DESIGN CAME OUT WE HAD TO BUY IT. WE WERE JUST A BIT APPREHENSIVE DUE TO KIA NOT MAKING THE SIX CYLINDER. ONCE WE DROVE THE 2.5 TURBO IT ACTUALLY OUT PERFORMED THE 6. PRESENTLY WE HAVE 46,600 MILES AND STILL LOVE IT. WHEN NEEDED THE ACCELERATION WHEN GETTING ON THE HIGHWAY IS OUTSTANDING. YOU WOULD NEVER FEEL THAT YOU'RE DRIVING A FOUR CYLINDER. BE VERY SURE TO BUY THE LARGER ENGINE WITH THE TURBO. IT HONESTLY MAKES THE DIFFERENCE. THE SX IS WELL APPOINTED WE EXTRAS. GREAT,GREAT VEHICLE FOR THE MONEY.

I have the Sorento for 2 years now. On long distance drives out of state the seats are very uncomfortable. The trim on the sides windows has to be replace because the finish comes off. The item has been on order for 2 months. Other than the issues I would recommend this car. My daughter still has her 2013 Sorento the engine was replaced this year under warranty.

I just bought my first car ever—a 2022 HR-V Sport—from Inver Grove Honda, and let me tell you, it was an adventure from start to finish. I came in solo, barely knew what questions to ask, and just knew I liked Hondas, wanted AWD, and had a budget. Erin greeted me like I was an old friend. As a young woman walking into a dealership alone, that level of kindness and comfort goes a long way. I ended up test driving two cars and while test driving she even asked if I was okay turning across traffic or preferred to go up to the stop light 🥹 (yes, it’s the small things). She stayed well past closing so I could call my parents, and even put together mock loan options for me while I figured out whether I was going to finance or pay in cash. Erin had a whole mock loan sheet with different interest rates made up for me. That night I decided I wanted to put a deposit down (which I learned is refundable, shoutout to Erin for that reassurance). Then I worked with Adrian on all the paperwork and warranties. He again stayed well after close and listened to me talk to 3 family members about my options. Truly told me what he thought about the warranties and if they were worth it. Explained different payment options for paying with cash— there was a lot I didn’t understand. I ended up paying in cash and I wired my money which took a day. Erin was texting me with updates and answering all my dumb questions. I picked the car up 2 days later and drove it home! Everything was perfect…until it wasn’t. Literally the next day after driving to work, I turned it on and some warning lights popped up. I backed it out of my spot—and it wouldn’t move forward. I’d owned the car for less than 24 hours. Absolute panic. I called the dealership. Lisa (I think!) answered and got me transferred to service right away. They arranged a tow. While I was waiting for the tow I called the dealership back and talked to Miriam. She reassured me through tears (I’m literally so dramatic)that I’d get a loaner car at no cost. When I got to the dealership in tears, Joe in service met me with total calm, let me show him what happened, and walked me through everything. I was documenting like a maniac (talking pictures of all the rental records even though Joe told me he would print me a copy) because at that point, I was convinced I had just bought a bad car! I asked to speak with a manager and met Greg—also amazing—and Adrian happened to be at Greg’s desk and remembered me. Im still crying at this point. I told them I wanted to go over my warranties and my rights, I know I just sounded crazy! Greg said, “Whether it’s a $4 fix or a $4 million fix, we’ll take care of it.” AND THEY DID. Now here’s the best part: The next morning, Justin from service calls and gently asks if I’d, by any chance, added a bling ring to my ignition. I sheepishly said “uh… yeah…” and he explained that it interfered with the key chip and triggered the anti-theft system (something like that). The whole breakdown? Totally my doing. And yet—they tested my battery, thought it was a little weak, replaced it for free, ran more diagnostics, got me a free tow,gave me a loaner CR-V (a very nice one, btw), and told me not to worry about gas since I was headed to a wedding in Wisconsin. When I came back to pickup my car, I asked about floor mats that were shown in the listing but didn’t come with the car. Greg couldn’t find the originals, so he handed me brand new all-weather mats instead. Justin offered to personally answer any future “how do I not break my car” questions and told me to call anytime. I left feeling like the most high-maintenance customer ever—but they never made me feel that way. They were patient, generous, and incredibly kind. They paid for the tow, diagnostics, a new battery, and floor mats—all because I got too excited about car accessories. And I know I made them all uncomfortable with my crying, however they didn’t show it and everyone was SO professional and unders

With the removal of the V6, I was very hesitant with the 2.5l Turbo. While there is a "tinny" feeling when you first accelerate, the turbo quickly kicks in and you forget all about the 4 cylinders. This car is quick, stylish, and a great value for the money. I have owned several Sorentos, and the X-Line is by far my favorite.

I wanted to take this opportunity to give a "WELL Done" to Westend Lincoln Mercury. I was rear-ended a couple of months ago and my old 2007 Jeep survived, but had 253000 miles on it. Made the decision to upgrade my vehicle, but still needed to stay within my budget. Started looking for another Jeep and visited many different Dealerships around the Twin Cities Metro and soon became very disappointed with salesman and the non-caring attitude that were portrayed by these dealers. I saw a nice 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Westend Lincoln-Mercury on the internet that seemed to fit my budget. I called and talked to a gentleman named Taylor Sparks and told him that I was interested in the Jeep. I made an appointment to come up and test drive the Jeep. When I got there, Taylor had the jeep out front and it was washed and immaculately cleaned. Now we'll cut to the chase! I let Taylor know that I wanted to take a little longer test drive to get the engine/trans hot. This is typically when hidden problems will present themselves on a vehicle. Taylor went out of his way to let me test drive it as long as I needed. He did not apply any pressure to me on the vehicle, which was beautiful coming from a sales person. When we got back, the only question Taylor asked me was if I had any questions or concerns. I replied,"The only question I have is when can we start the paperwork to buy the vehicle?" If you like a real casual sales experience, without high pressure and B.S, I strongly emphasize seeing Taylor. You won't be disappointed. I'd like to send out one more "Kudos" to Gary Poff. I had a minor issue with the Jeep and talked to Gary. They did not have to help me in anyway, because I bought the Jeep "As Is". Gary listened to my concern and help me out more than I could have hoped for! The "Best" car sales experiences that I have ever had. Bought in September 2019, before the pandemic and before the chip shortage for $25900.00 . Now have 65700 miles with no trouble. If you want a reasonable reliable SUV this is it. American made in West Point , GA. Built by non union workers so you will not get the junk the United Auto Workers Union builds. Always use synthetic oil, change every 8-10 thousand miles. Yokohama tires it came with only lasted 40,000 miles. Have Cooper tires on all my autos now, great wearing tires.

Trouble with oil pan leaking.Apparently a number of persons have had the same problem.Lots of oil pans in stock locally,no problem to find one.Seems as though this is a known problem.But the problem is blamed on the local garages.Dealer says the local garages tightens the plug too much.Anyone else out there with same problem?

I can’t say enough good things about this car!I bought it in 2020 with 45k miles and it was used for two and a half years to get me to school in another town 45-70 miles away, and it kept me safe and performed as good as I could ever ask for. The safety features are the cherry on top and saved me multiple times when merging into other lanes. It has all the bells and whistles- under glow lights, led lights in the front row, Bluetooth connection, and so much more. The car is spacious and has allowed me to drive with multiple people In the car comfortably. The back trunk contains so much space even with the third row seats up. The only issue I have ever had with this vehicle is around 100k miles, the gear shift locked. However, this never affected me and this is something that never needs to be fixed if it doesn’t drive you crazy, and the solution of depressing the gear lock to unlock it while you drive is a simple fix. Overall, this car has been very reliable even at over 110k miles and gives a luxury feel in an affordable vehicle. My favorite car. STOP THE KIA SLANDER!!

I just bought a 2015 Sorento SX v6 after I was t-boned in my 2013 Sorento LX v6. I loved my 2013. It was my first black SUV which I’ve wanted since I was a kid. My children and I walked away from our accident relatively unharmed after all side airbags deployed and my car was clearly totaled. When shopping for a replacement, it wasn’t a question of what vehicle I wanted to buy after the accident. I trust the Sorento to keep my family safe and I’ll never buy another brand of SUV. It may not be flashy or overly powerful, but it is solid and one of the safest SUVs on the road. I’d recommend this vehicle to anyone and everyone.
