We have purchased several vehicles during our 56 years of marriage, but we must say that the recent purchase of a 2023 Nissan Rogue at Don Franklin Nissan in Somerset, KY, has been our BEST EXPERIENCE of buying a vehicle. Cody is a great salesman. We explained to him what we were shopping for, and he proceeded to show us vehicles that would meet our needs. He did not pressure us at all; he treated us with patience, kindness and respect. He conducted himself in a very professional manner. We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

Nelson Kia customer service is awesome. Not only do they take care of my vehicle correctly, but I also gt a complimentary car wash every time I visit. And,... since I purchased my tires from them I will get a free rotation and balance for the life of the tires!! I did not buy this vehicle from them, but I will buy from them in the future!

Jaron "Jay" was excellent throughout the car buying process. Dealership was very reasonable with their prices compared to other dealerships. Most other dealerships wanted to charge extra for automatic non-negotiable add-ons. Dealership gave a best price right away without playing any games. Drove from over 2 hours away and was well worth it. In and out quickly without issue.

Great pricing and maybe more important Jimmy was very clear and transparent on pricing. Much appreciated especially when other dealers are listing low prices and then adding massive "market adjustment" fees and hiding other adders like security or paint coating into the pricing. They also managed the transaction remotely and delivered the vehicle out of state.

All employees were really friendly and helpful and work on my car really good and handed it really professionally. They washed and clean my car also after service. Thanks

Great, easy experience. Tara was incredible. She admitted right away she was very new and whatever answer she did not have, she would get. We learned the Telluride together. The team there supported her through the process, thus supported us. Would absolutely consider buying another car with the team there.
