The Service Department staff members were very friendly and helpful. They were professional and accommodating when I requested that my driver's side seat be covered so that it would be protected while being serviced. The staff also kept me updated regarding the service progress. This made my experience a pleasant one.

I had a Safety Recall addressed and I was pleased that it did not take a long time to complete the job. My Service Advisor, Samantha, was professional and courteous and kept me updated on the progress of the service.

I rcvd excellent customer service. After a recent hospitalization, to receive the level of empathy from Carlos was comforting, although I was experiencing pain and discomfort as I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Carlos constantly checked on me. It reminded me of how I would constantly check on my patients, as a frontline worker. Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response. All I can say is that Carlos's full demeanor impacted me tremendously. People may not always remember what you do or say...but they WILL remember how you make/made you feel. Carlos is an asset to Darcars, I sure hope you all make him feel he's a valuable employèe.😊

I always like to shop local whenever i can! In today's market it is hard to buy a vehicle that is in such high demand! My family was looking into the Kia Telluride. We met with several other local dealers only to have them tack on several thousand dollars above MSRP last minute and that was not going to work for me. I want to shop local and if a local business wants local customers, you need to treat them right. Scott and Chelsea at Jones Kia wanted a local guy to shop local. MSRP was not a problem. No pressure or harassment to make a sale. They both provided a wealth of knowledge, got answers to question we had that they did not know, and provided us an excellent customer experience from our first conversation. We happily purchased and financed through Jones Kia, We got the coverages we were comfortable with and the extras we wanted for the price we wanted.
