This was my second time purchasing a vehicle through a dealer first experiencewas horrible but this one was different. I want to thank Sam Carmona salesman at Garden Grove Kia for making my shopping experience amazing. I Got the car and payment I wanted and he was very honest from the get go. I highly recommend Garden Grove Kia for your next car.

We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

Not only is he so kind (and honestly, very funny), he was so caring and considerate of all of my needs. From financial concerns, to helping me test drive and find a car that would fit my lifestyle, Russell was so incredibly honest and transparent throughout the whole car buying process. He helped me tailor an accessory package that would reflect what I wanted in a car based on his incredible attention to detail and personable approach. We have been shopping for a specific pre-owned Kia for about a month now. Have visited two dealers prior to Van Nuys Kia and interacted with about 8 other dealers via text, phone or email. Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay, asked him to let us know if he had any cars that fit our criteria and send a written breakdown of the total out-the-door price. And he did! I’m sure the dealership made money on our deal, as they should, yet their offer was $5k less than a very similar car we had seen two days earlier. Not only that, he was professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Anyone who has spent time car shopping knows how tiresome it can be. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Umer.
