2/24/2021 I just bought a KIA Seltos from Pomona KIA and I love it! Jason was my Sales Consultant and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I usually hate the car buying process, but Jason and everyone I dealt with (the Manager, the Finance Dept and the Service Dept) made it a pleasure. I wasn't pressured to buy any add ons or into a price that was going to make me sorry I even walked in the door. We have been shopping for a specific pre-owned Kia for about a month now. Have visited two dealers prior to Van Nuys Kia and interacted with about 8 other dealers via text, phone or email. Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay, asked him to let us know if he had any cars that fit our criteria and send a written breakdown of the total out-the-door price. And he did! I’m sure the dealership made money on our deal, as they should, yet their offer was $5k less than a very similar car we had seen two days earlier. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Umer.
