Shelby did a wonderful job getting us into not one car but two cars that were exactly what we wanted and also met our needs. He is extremely professional and a personable person at the same time. Our experience at Frank Boucher Kia Volkswagen of Racine has been a pleasure. We love our new KIA Soul and KIA Sorento!

We really like the car. Our main issue is in the electronics. Sometimes the seat moves sometimes it don't. The stereo and map screen will just go blank while driving. Radio often shows one channel but playing another. Outside mirrors sometimes move downward while backing up, sometimes not.

Stuart and the team at Raymond Chevy in Antioch were fantastic. They went way out of their way to make sure I got everything I wanted and gave me way more money off than any other Chevy dealership was willing to give. They have earned all my business and I have already recommended a few people over to them. 5 stars does not seem to be enough for the level of service I received.

We are regular customers of classic Kia. They have amazing customer service both in sales and service. We just leased our 5th car with them. We have also purchased 3 cars from them. Wayne is so helpful and great to work with. Sean is always there to assist with financing. Jose in the service department always is professional and will answer all my questions. I had a great experience at Kia. My salesperson Izaiah has been on top of everything and follows through with anything I asked. I needed some things done and they made sure I had a loaner for the day. Many dealers no longer have loaners. I bought the Telluride and I love it. Handles great and very plush inside.

When I pulled up to the service department at Rohrman Kia, I was greeted by Fil, the service manager. He was polite and immediately started my oul change and servicing of my 2025 Kia.

Had my first scheduled service for my 25 KIA Sorento Hybrid. Service personnel were very helpful in all respects. Service complete in less time than estimated. Very happy overall.
