The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.

They take of me and my car, always, gee, they even treated me to lunch while I waited the 2 hours to do my car.

I count on my car to get me from here to there, comfortably. The Kia Soul is roomy with all the controls logically and conveniently laid out. I'm not going to take it to track day any time soon. But sometimes I catch myself almost truly enjoying my commute. It's everything I require out of a commuting vehicle (and an occasional long haul ride) - and it's nothing I don't need.

We have been shopping for a specific pre-owned Kia for about a month now. Have visited two dealers prior to Van Nuys Kia and interacted with about 8 other dealers via text, phone or email. Hands down, Umer Farooq at Van Nuys Kia is the absolute best. We had a price in mind that we were willing to pay, asked him to let us know if he had any cars that fit our criteria and send a written breakdown of the total out-the-door price. And he did! I’m sure the dealership made money on our deal, as they should, yet their offer was $5k less than a very similar car we had seen two days earlier. Not only that, he was professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Anyone who has spent time car shopping knows how tiresome it can be. I can not say enough good things about our experience with Umer. Today I went in to switch out my lease, and was directly assisted by Rick who I have been speaking with for over a month now and been keeping me updated with all the upcoming deals. Once again Sunrise Ford provided excellent repair service. Scheduled recommended services were done on my 2007 Ford Explorer and they were all done professionally and no issues. In addition, Service Advisor Nick Soriano was very knowledgeable in handling the services needed for my Ford. He was also very easy to discuss with concerning future recommended services for my Ford and what they entail and costs.

We bought our KIA last year (2024) with a package of free oil change, 4times/year. Since then I been at Kia xxxxxxGlendale 3times for oil change. The service is great! It goes smooth, easy and for free! :) They never tried to put on me any kind of an extra charge. Their service is always professional and correct! I'm very satisfied with KIA xxxxxxat Glendale.
