This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Robert McMillan was my service advisor and did a great job not trying to sell me crap I don’t need. Like the cabin air filter, transmission fluid changed, radiator flush and don’t forget the power steering fluid change! Honest guy and easy to talk to without the sales pitch. Will recommend him to everyone I know that uses Pat Lobb.

How many times have you been to a dealer service department only to wait infinitely to even get a 'Hello'? Best part, she explained all the options and benefits but unlike some people you met elsewhere, she was not pushy, there was no hardsale. She listened and really made Finance a pleasant experience. He can always be seen moving around the sales floor checking with people to make sure everything is going right. They are all so personable.
