This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

Every time I called Hertz Joe would answer it was like he was running the place. Anytime I went to the dealership Joe was out in the heat showing a customer a car. He is just so great. Hey hey hey! For anyone shopping for a car and looking at reviews I had a great experience! This was at Napleton in Sanford. My wife and I went into the store very skeptical and not trusting anything (reading reviews) and ready to combat anything that would be thrown at me. I have had alot of bad experiences and pushy upsales and then once you buy the vehicle “You are stuck” .With Jose he very transparent from the start and has been until this day. The whole situation went smooth and honest and even after i left and i had realized that i had a light that was not working (here we go)…..but again Jose had me come right in and it was fixed in less than 30 min. He even texted me with updates!! As always, this is just my solo experience but i will say I would buy another car from Napelton and not all car buying experiences are bad! Thank you Jose!
