New and used 2025 Kia Soul LX for sale near Wright-Patterson AFB, OH

I recently wrote an honest review regarding our negative experience. Within a day of the review a manager of the dealership called and said they wanted to repair the problem. They did end up repairing at no cost to us and also gave us another truck to drive while they had ours. The door and door locks now work perfectly and we appreciate their effort to make it right. I was unable to remove or edit my previous review, so wanted to be sure to leave another to share that they did end up correcting the problem. We are pleased.

2025 KIA Soil GT Line, beautiful exterior, love the wheels, interior is not fancy but good enough. Great gas milage (33) and the 'Stop and Go' works well.

TJ was so helpful, he kept me updated with my 4 runner coming into the dealership and even sent pictures of the truck. I have recommended him to friends if they’re looking for a car. It was a bit of a drive for us, almost 4 hours but totally worth it. TJ and the dealership are like family, they gave us a great deal and helped me get the truck of my dreams. Thank you. Love this car! Great overall value! Handles Great. Fantastic gas mileage. I seen the complaint about the headlights and mine are great I am wondering if the other persons are malfunctioning or something.

This was for an oil change. I had never been to Kia for service before. The staff was pleasant and courteous. The service was completed timely. I even got a coupon for a few car wash. Waiting area is a little close but still comfortable. Snacks and beverages available. Very positive experience.

A great big shout out to Scott in the service and parts department. I went to get new tires at Sams Club, on my Kia and learned it had locknuts. I did not have a key, so I was not able to buy tires. I drove to Matt Castrucci’s and without an appointment went into parts and service area and Scott Was Johnny on the spot with having a technician remove the locks for me and then installed regular Lugnuts. I was in and out of there within 20 minutes. Thank you very much service team and especially Scott.

Always a good experience with Kia team members taking such good care of customers. I appreciate the pride they have in Kia. I also appreciate the respect and kindness they have for me.

Had an excellent buying experience at Jeff Wyler Toyota of Springfield, Ohio. My salesman Kenny was very efficient and courteous. The sales manager Matthew was extremely pleasurable to deal with and worked hard to make a deal. If you are looking for a Toyota in that area give them a try.

Had my 2017 Kia Sportage serviced Darrick Bailey went above and beyond I was quoted $200 and bill was almost $400 He paid $100 towards my bill Awesome

Hubby took in the Kia Niro Plug in for an oil change and a check up. All went well. We really like the plug in - we are spending very little on gasoline.

Tom was my service representative and he was very polite and detailed. The dealership now has a waiting room that is enclosed so you aren?t in the mechanic area. Then you are escorted to the inside waiting area until you car if done. There were snacks and cold drinks available too.
