The Service Department staff members were very friendly and helpful. They were professional and accommodating when I requested that my driver's side seat be covered so that it would be protected while being serviced. Last week, I purchased a new 2023 Kia Forte from King Kia in Gaithersburg, and it was a great experience. Felipe was very patient, honest, and very helpful. The dealer didn't have the car I wanted in stock, but he was able to get it from a different dealer. The process was quick and easy!!!
