Suave was our salesperson, he is friendly, funny and courteous. Salesperson , manager and finance person were very professional and respectful of my time and money. This dealership is quite a distance from my home but I’d happily return for another great deal on a vehicle.

Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

2025 KIA Soil GT Line, beautiful exterior, love the wheels, interior is not fancy but good enough. Great gas milage (33) and the 'Stop and Go' works well.

We purchased a Niro EV in May and had a really good experience with the Sales Team. Unfortunately there was a problem with the charging and we had to bring it back several days later to get worked on. Jessica was our Sevice Representative and she was very sweet and professional. It took awhile for the problem to be fixed but Lionel (the Service Manager) ensured that we had a loaner for the time that our car was in the shop. The GM, Joe Fernandez, was involved every step of the way. We felt that the Clay Cooley Kia team had our best interests at all times.

Huffines Kia in Corinth, Texas takes the customer relationship to whole new level. From Kia Product Expert Bert Berlanga, Senior Sales Manager Gary Davis, and Finance Manager Ben Frazer the new car buying experience was the best I have ever experienced. Each person's knowledge, professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to go above and beyond were exemplary. It is obvious that the pre-eminent concern of this dealership is to place the customer's satisfaction as first priority. I had a great experience with Nallely Ramirez. She was so respectful throughout the process. I never felt pressured and she's even contacted me since I bought my new Sorento. Sometimes sales reps try harder than they should and take up more of your time than is necessary. Nallely didn't do that. She was great and I highly recommend her. I would use Clay Cooley for service but the dealership is too far so I'll use a KIA dealership closer to home. Nallely would have discussed all of the service aspects with me but it just was not necessary at that time. This is my second KIA Sorento! I'm definitely a fan.
