I cannot thank these people enough. I purchased my Kia from this place a few months ago. They were fast and efficient. The car was cleaned and ready in a short period of time. Also, when I went to service my vehicle they were friendly, efficient, communicative, and fast. I am very pleased with my experience both in sales and service.

Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

My Niro has needed no servicing up. When I was unable to get into gear, I called the service department and was told to have it towed to the dealership as it was under warrantee. It had what turned out to be a computer glitch and the service department found the problem and corrected it quickly. Everyone we have dealt with has been polite and helpful from the day we bought the car.
