The service department was excellent. They accepted the voucher from a Honda "brother dealership" where I purchased the 2022 Mazda CX-5. We also had purchased a CRV from HOO about 6 years ago and have had excellent service; a far cry from the local Gainesville Honda. That is why we drive the 45 min......it is worth the drive.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

My husband and I purchased a 2023 Kia Sportage. This is our second vehicle purchased from AutoMax Ocala. Both times we had great experiences and will continue to come back for future purchases. This time we purchased our vehicle through Noah. Communication with Noah was great through the whole process. It took us a few days to seal the deal and Noah was patient with us and did not put any pressure on us and was just there if he needed him. Excellent vehicle except the standard headlights are terrible. They are not bright at all. Even on high beams they do not light up the road adequately. I am looking into adding additional led light sources to supplement the head lights. Unfortunately they dealer tell me they cannot swap out the halogen bulbs for led ones.

I have been purchasing cars for 52 years. Most of those have been BMW's, Mercedes and Infinity's. I purchased a new Genesis GV80 last year. I love this SUV. Recently there were some service lights coming on for the ABS and Driver Assist features. Although I live an hour from Ocala, FL I had a bad service experience (or lack thereof) with our Genesis dealer here in Gainesville and decided to call Jenkins Genesis of Ocala. What a pleasant experience. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to meeting my service advisor, Adam Croner the customer service I received was beyond! Adam could not have been more professional, helpful and caring. He had great product knowledge, people skills and truly cared about me - the customer. I can honestly say that with Jenkins service experience was better in every way than any of the car manufacturers and dealerships I mentioned. What a great dealership. The beautiful new waiting area was fantastic with internet, a cafe and large screen TV's. Everyone was clearly well trained and knew how customers should be teated. Keep up the great work. 2025 KIA Soil GT Line, beautiful exterior, love the wheels, interior is not fancy but good enough. Great gas milage (33) and the 'Stop and Go' works well.

Darrin Grant was the most personable and easy going sales person! He got us what we wanted for our trade and sat with us in the back seat of the car introducing us to the car, like connecting our phones and going over the options on the dashboard. He helped us for 15 or 20 minutes. He then told us to call him from home anytime we have a question about the car and he would talk us through it. 10 out of 10!

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

After much research, I found, what I felt to be, a good deal on a used car. I drove from from Orlando to Ocala intending to purchase the vehicle after a test drive. I test drove the car, liked the way it drove and purchased the vehicle. Because my wife could not drive the vehicle home, I pulled a trailer from Orlando to Ocala and towed the car home. After getting home and unloading the car, I realized that there was no sound from the radio, phone, and nav. I had forgotten to test the sound system when I test drove the car. I called my salesman, Mike "Irish" Bedaw to see if there was anything he could do. He spoke to his sales manager, also named Mike, and they told me to bring the car back and they would take a look at the issue. I returned the car late afternoon on a Tuesday. On Friday morning, Irish called and told me the car had a faulty Amp which was replaced at no charge to me. Even though I had to make 3 round trips from Orlando, I was very pleased with the way this situation was handled and with the way that my wife and I were treated. I have lots of experience dealing with car dealers and never as positive as this. Very pleased with VW of Ocala.

We first contacted Phillips Toyota by email to see if they still had a Grand Highlander Hybrid in stock that we could test drive. We were contacted within a half hour & set up a time to make the 90 minute drive to test drive a vehicle. And after making the trip and test driving the vehicle, they were able to find an incoming vehicle (30-45 days) that matched our requirements. We are excitedly awaiting its arrival!!

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. I am 73.. " GO Granny GO. That is how I feel while driving my KIA.." Only wish it was a Brand New one Black , beigh interia..

One thing I could say , they are very responsive. I wish I was able to make a deal if it wasn’t for my down payment amount I would taken that car so bad . I need it too .

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

On the 2020 recall, dealer fixed it with no problem, offered a loaner car for the duration. Very good gas mileage. Also, dealer will now install anti-theft system, all with NO CHARGE.

I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

Bought from Honda Dealer as used 2018 Soul+ with 36,000 miles in April 2020 for $14,000 - depressed pricing due to COVID impact then. Replaced 2000 Toyota Sienna van with almost 300,000 miles (still going strong!). Soul has 56,000 miles now and has been trouble-free. We like the Soul for it's spaciousness, modern electronics, backup camera, good looks, excellent ride. Now worth about $3,000 more two years later!

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

Purchased a used car 2019,sonata. Under the impression that as a used car with a inspection done. That 3 months after purchase I wouldn't be told I need repairs in the future. Brakes,rotors,cv replacement. Felt like it wasn't worth the dealerships time to do it.

I got a used 2021 only one owner Soul with just 5400 miles in a local dealer, been driving it for two weeks, making 25 to 26 mpg within the city, haven't driven it yet on the road but I can tell it's roomy inside, I am a fat 240 pounds guy and I fit very well behind the wheel. Mine is the basic LW trim but I feel safe and confident. The inside noise is not so high and the ride feels smooth. It has enough power to start quick and easy to move forward. Only dislike is that feature to stop the engine at the light for gas save but fortunately it can be disabled by pressing a key underneath the dashboard on the left.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.
