Great first experience with Kia service. They were prompt. But they offered as essential issue a oil conditioner, which I refused. My car is only 7k why are you trying to sell me these unnecessary items

Great customer service. My Kia Sportage drives very comfortably. Love the heated seats. Great for carrying large items cause you can put the back seats down.

My service writer JAY, I want to say even though it was busy, you were exceptional! I was greeted with a smile. 😊, and promptly. That made my day especially after hitting a USPS van mirror, making me already an hour + late. Yes, my mirror connected with a USPS, mirror😏. I explained why i was late. He said we have you! He listened to my issues, was informative pleasant joked, pre during and post delivery. Thank you!! Wait was worth it. I used to going to the main dealership on 19, where seems I knew a few from there. Great experience. Will be coming back. Even saw Roxanne, who was great always. I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

Purchased the car over 6 months ago. Loving it so far. Regular gas, lower insurance rates, comfort when driving 4 hours+ trips. Great gas mileage and great in the rain. No issues at all.

Our 2024 Sportage X Pro Prestige AWD suv is possibly the best suv we've ever owned. Only owned it 1 month, so really early in the ownership phase. Love the upgraded trim line's interior, the really wide display screen and the wolf gray exterior paint with the black top! Ride is very smooth and the 30.2 MPG average is very acceptable. On the highway only, get closer to 35 mpg. Recommend it to a family of 4 or less. Only downside is that it has much less pep starting out from lights; good thing we are retired and not in a big hurry! LOL

Mike Cash is the man, super easy process had everything figured out for us on the car we wanted on the front end and. Was super chill and non pushy. Good group of guys honest and upfront.

My Kia Sportage Xpro has more electronic toys than necessary but, it doesn't include A door mirror adjustment that is electronically automatically adjusted to the driver and the mirror adjustment button isn't even illuminated.

I did not know anything about Auto Lenders until I found a vehicle online that interested me. It was at the Palm Harbor, Florida location. I made an appointment to see the vehicle and immediately received an email welcoming me, directions to the location and a short list of items to bring with me. This was very helpful. Upon arriving at Auto Lenders, I was immediately greeted and escorted inside to meet my salesman, Juan. The first thing that he talked about was a thorough explanation of Auto Lenders, including where and how they acquired their inventory, their requirements for cars in their inventory and who they are. Very helpful. We then inspected the car I had seen online and took it for a test drive. The car was exactly as advertised. Beautiful condition inside and out. The rest of the process was very easy. The Sales Manager, Blake came to us and chatted offering his help in any way. We met Service personnel who offered our first oil change at no charge and every fourth oil change at no charge. The final step was signing paperwork and finance. This was extremely efficient and complete. This was overall the best car buying experience I have ever experienced. We have already shared this positive experience with friends.

Friendly staff and service. Bobby (BOB) was courteous and knowledgable about the car. The price was well below KBB. After sales options were offered but not forced upon me. The purchase was fast and easy. Will recommend to others.
