after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

After having my car stolen and recovered with damage to the window, steering column, and the Switch the gentleman that made the experience smooth and easy was Mr. Chad Norman! Paid cash for a 2007 Explorer. Price was good. New tires and battery. After the test drive, the whole buying process only took 20 minutes. As I did not trade in a vehicle I was stuck there with 2 cars. They had someone follow me home in my new car so I could get both home without having to pay for a cab. Top notch. Dane was excellent.

After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.

First off I would like to say that I am a huge car enthusiast who has owned many different cars in my 60 plus years. My most recent cars have been a 2017 Honda Pilot, 2022 Honda CRV and 2023 Toyota Highlander. The Pilot was nice but the CVT transmission drove me nuts with the way it jerked and shifted. The 2022 CRV was also nice but the electronics and bluetooth connectivity were SOOO bad!! The FWD Highlander with new turbo engine was a huge disappointment. I felt unsafe on curvy two lane roads.....like it didn't feel like it was gripping the road properly. It also had terrible turbo lag that was highly frustrating and dangerous feeling. When I would push it hard to get it going, it would almost skid out once it got going. The wireless apple CarPlay was its best feature but generally speaking the electronics were a nightmare and required a subscription to work best. You had to push multiple things to get to your radio and it was all so poorly designed. I had been having severe buyer remorse with the Highlander and started looking again. I drove a RAV4 and it was too underpowered and buzzy for my liking. Also drove a new Mazda CX-50 but was having a hard time spending the dollars on another new car since I would be losing on the Highlander trade. Long story short, we purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX for my college aged daughter in 2021. It was affordable, had good reviews and a longer warranty than everything else. She has loved it!! Turns out we have not needed the warranty even one time in these past two years. Only simple oil changes and tire rotations. She's away this summer so my husband and I have been driving her car periodically. During these drives, I decided I like her car so much, that I traded my Highlander for a certified pre-owned 2020 Sportage SX Turbo! I am SOOO thrilled with my decision!! The build is heavy and solid, visibility is incredible and driving it is SO much FUN! Feels like you're driving a Mercedes or BMW but at an extremely affordable price. The controls are so simple that I've not consulted the manual more than a couple of times. Everything has its own button and, although the car is loaded to the brim with every option you can imagine, it's all so easy to navigate and use. Kia made a winner here and I hope they continue on this path of using quality materials and easy to navigate electronics. If so I will be a loyal Kia fan forever!!

I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .

My first time experience purchasing my own vehicle. Was absolutely amazing Chad Johnson at Calavan Kia. He was very patient with me explained everything to where I could understand and move forward. The other staff was also friendly and respectful.

I've had my SX Prestige gas model for a year and a half. I have been very satisfied with this car. The interior design is very user friendly as are the tech features. I have had a few minor issues. When the car was new the active air flap system wasn't working properly as the flaps were stuck. I kept getting strange powertrain errors when the issue was the air flaps. It took two visits to the dealer to fix the problem. The other issue I have is the lights on the A/C Radio combination panel are too dim to see when it is sunny out even though I have it set to 100% illumination. Dealer doesn't have a clue how to fix it so I live with it. Other than that the car has been great. The engine is underpowered, but I learned to use the sport mode when I need power and it works acceptably. The ride is comfortable and with the rear seats down I have plenty of room to carry my things even though they say it's small for its class. I like the size. Not to small and not to big. The interior is roomy for a car this size. The MPG's average around 27 for me. I get over 30 on the highway. For the features you get at this price, it can't be beat. All of the safety features have worked flawlessly. The car has been working out well for me and I would recommend it.

No smoke, no mirrors, just all around pleasant folks who made me feel comfortable with the entire process. I reached out to them the day prior, filled out the app, went in at 10:15am, test drove the van, then came in went over vehicle specs and things to know.. (spare, start up, sync radio, phone etc) and then signed paperwork and was on my way with the new 2024 vehicle by 12:30! I was blown away! I love my 2018 Kia Sportage. I love it have a lane detector spot as well as traffic detector for safety other than that is a very nice car.

Purchased the car over 6 months ago. Loving it so far. Regular gas, lower insurance rates, comfort when driving 4 hours+ trips. Great gas mileage and great in the rain. No issues at all.

I drive a 2019 Kia Sorento, I was having trouble with my tire going flat. When I called to make an appointment, the technician on the phone suggested that I bring my car in right away, to avoid hazardous issues. When I did they were able to accommodated me right away, not only did they fix my tire they also noticed that I was in need of a oil change and serviced my vehicle for that as well. It was a bit of a wait but it was to be expected due to the fact that I didn’t have an appointment and they were able to fit me into the first available time slot that they could. The staff there was extremely helpful and courteous, especially Ms. Angie who is always a pleasure to encounter whenever my vehicle needs to be serviced! Thank You Nalley Kia!

Our 2024 Sportage X Pro Prestige AWD suv is possibly the best suv we've ever owned. Only owned it 1 month, so really early in the ownership phase. Love the upgraded trim line's interior, the really wide display screen and the wolf gray exterior paint with the black top! Ride is very smooth and the 30.2 MPG average is very acceptable. On the highway only, get closer to 35 mpg. Recommend it to a family of 4 or less. Only downside is that it has much less pep starting out from lights; good thing we are retired and not in a big hurry! LOL

She informed me about the service. She went beyond what I was there for and taught me things I didn’t even know about my new Kia Sportage. The hiring manager made a great decision when he/she hired Aliana. Thank you Aliana for excellent service. You are the epitome of customer service and a great representative for Kia. Also, I thank the employee who provided the maintenance and performed the recall on my car. Service was delivered in a timely manner. The waiting area was cleaned and quiet.

sometimes I have problems with the ignition of the engine I enter the key and it does not start i reported the problems to the dealer

Jeremiah provided excellent customer service at the KIA of Mcdonough. He was very professional and knowledgeable of my vehicle service needs. He notified me of the status of my care being fixed. He checked up on me. I needed a new battery for my care. Jeremiah discussed service options that KIA offered. I decided to get my battery replaced.

My Kia Sportage Xpro has more electronic toys than necessary but, it doesn't include A door mirror adjustment that is electronically automatically adjusted to the driver and the mirror adjustment button isn't even illuminated.

I’ve only had one “real” issue since taking my car here. And it was fixed up the very next morning. Jeremiah and the ladies at the front in service are awesome. :)

It started with a windshield recall afterward the mechanic conducted a multi point inspection and the following services were required: Anti freeze/ Coolant and Spark plugs replacement. I was introduced to Service Writer Angela J. who took very good care of me. First, she text me about the recommendations without hassle and after I approve the work, she offered a Lyft home & back. After the work was completed a day later the check engine light came on. I returned to Nalley Kia and my new Service Writer Mildred R. picked up baton without missing a step. She had the mechanic look at my vehicle, perform a diagnostic and the result was the vehicle needs an 02 Sensor/Oxygen Sensor. I gave Mildred my extended warranty information and the results were IMPRESSIVE!! Right then, I determined that a Service Writer is really a vehicle Caseworker. She took care of my needs and my vehicle needs. Again, after completing my O2 Sensor the check engine light came back on. She's still handling the case. To be continued.

After doing extensive research I knew what I wanted, but had been waiting for a dealership to get the car in a color I wanted as well as a good price. I found it online at Rick case, called to see if it was available and Shane helped me out from the start. The plastic was still on all the seats when we arrived but Shane didn't hesitate and had us out on a test drive quickly. He was knowledgeable about all the features, and very personable. We had a great experience with him and Rick case. When we took the car home, we realized forgot something at the dealership and called Shane. He went way above and beyond making sure we got it back immediately. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and did everything in his power to speed up the process for us when I knew exactly what I wanted going in.
