I was in the service area just Wednesday for a recall issue, along with some things I needed addressed. Kier was the service advisor (great as always) and Donte’ was the technician. These guys always do a wonderful job with information and addressing your needs. I feel confident with the information passed during the assessment of my concerns, as well as the workmanship at the completion of the work. Again, I’ve had Kier as a service advisor of more than one occasion and at each visit, I received timely calls about my Ram 1500 and any issues, which relieves anxiety associated with repairs. I have a 2019 AWD Stinger GT2 Federation Edition. Yeah… it is pumpkin orange. NOT my favorite color for blending in. However, all the Carbon Fiber trim adds just the right touch to pull it off. I was test driving MANY cars in its price range and NOTHING had the “WOW” factor like this car. In sport mode it is, quite frankly, a BEAST! I had another driver messing with me on a highway in Tennessee… each time I sped up, he sped up. Each time I slowed down, he slowed down. At one point he went to cut me off for the second time and I floored it. I went from 80MPH to 118MPH in about 2 seconds. Had a blizzard here in NY and I made it home without issues with the AWD. Hands down, this is the nicest car I have ever had!

I been to multiple Kia dealership and believe it or not, when we entered Liberty Kia dealership we were greeted as family. Smooth transaction and very helpful staff made my daughters first leasing experience easy. Amazing service at the service department! Especially from Jeremiah Velez (aka our Jere-Bear), he is the best!!! He was helpful, very patient and listened to our needs. Jeremiah was very efficient and worked with us when the price was a little out of our budget. He answered all my annoying questions and worked together to make the best deal possible. The Stinger is very fun to drive. Has a smooth ride, plenty of get up and go without burning a lot of gas. Sleek design inside and out and very comfortable to ride and drive. Could use just a bit more padding in the front seats though to handle longer rides. All the controls are in good spots, making these easy to use. The car seems to have been designed well covering most all the bases.

The Stinger GT Line (4 Cylinder Turbo) is fabulous. It has plenty of get up and go. When merging onto a highway, you look at the speedometer and you can't believe how quickly you have hit 100 MPH. The MPG at only 22 is a little disappointing. However, I do usually cruise at about 80. Reliability with the exception of one thing (which I will get to) has been excellent. I am 6' 1" tall, so getting in and out of the Stinger without bagging your head is a little difficult (that is why I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 for Comfort). I do regret not going for the little extra cost and buying the GT (instead of the GT Line). The GT does have a few extra standard options which I now wish I had. Now.... the only real negative about the vehicle. I took delivery on March 1, 2021 and since that day... still until today (July 19, 2023) my Apple CarPlay will NOT stay engaged in the vehicle. Sometimes it does not engage at all. Sometimes, just for a short while. Sometimes constantly engaged and disengaging. Sometimes, it engages for the first leg of a trip and not for the return leg of the trip. Sometimes it engages for days and then, it does not engage for days. There is no rhyme or reason for whether it will or will not engage. Kia has changed the radio, the USB Port (this is WIRED [NOT wireless] Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay) and the radio harness. They cannot find a fix. Kia has admitted that they there is a problem and the Engineers are working on it. This has been an ongoing problem for more than 2 years. This is the major reason why I have not rated the vehicle 5 out of 4 stars.
