I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

Brent was great. He was courteous and helpful. Knowledgeable regarding what my vehicle need for 30,000 miles. Vehicle completed earlier than expected. Will have my car serviced at this dealership again.

I love the way it rides nice and comfortable. Picks up power on hills and it’s a perfect size for long trips to pack what u need!!

My wife and I were ?window shopping? for a vehicle. We went to other dealerships that didn?t have what we were looking for and they seemed un-interested. So, we just went driving through Ganley Chevrolet and we found a used car in the lot that we liked, so my wife went to go check it out. That?s when William appeared and started helping us and provided details of the vehicle we were looking at. By this time, I arrived and met William and told him what we were looking for (vehicles) and my price points. William took it from there and found several options of vehicles at the right price, mileage and condition meeting our interests. Not only did William bring knowledge and expertise, he also brought caring, compassion and showed passion in helping us find what we were looking for. We bought a vehicle that day, and William stayed 2+ hours with us after the dealership closed. I wasn?t expecting the awesome treatment. William went above and beyond and I couldn?t be happier with the buying experience. We also met Jack, the Finance Manager, which showed another example of the great people at this dealership.

Went to dealership to purchase a new telluride, only to find out they are very hard to find due to high demand. My salesman searched the dealership locations to see if there was one on a lot that fits my criteria. Nope, the best they could do for me was to put some money down a one that was being built as we spoke in West Point, Georgia. That delivery was in a little more than 4 weeks away. So ordering one from the start would have been a few months for delivery. I gave them a down payment on the one being built, a 2022 Telluride S, in dark moss. That color was 3rd on my list. I got the car in less than 3 weeks and it is awesome. The comfort, the ride, the quiet cabin, the standard features, the captains seats in the second row, everything about it is the way I like my cars to be. Everyone who comes to see it, loves it. I even get stopped on the road with "Thumbs up" when it gets eyeballed. I traded a Grand Cherokee for it, and I'm glad I did.

I want to thank Shelly in the service department for making the big repair of my Kia (older) a good experience. She kept in constant contact with me while it was being service. She made me feel confident that the job would be done properly, and it was! Whoever the mechanic was, thank you so much. I can't believe how much better my vehicle is. If I can get this excellent service every time. I will stick with buying another Kia! Thanks again Shelly and the mechanic!!! Maureen G

Grinding gear-meshing noise in drivetrain. It started with 2000 miles intermittent, !500 now-steady noise when drive train is engaged. Filed complaint with KIA. At first they insinuated I was hearing things. They now acknowledge it but don't know what it is. Frustrated as xxxx. Another appt. on 10-31. My dealer is not great. Ready to take the hit and go back to VW Atlas.

Mike Mashburn assisted me during my most recent car service appointment. He communicated information about my vehicle in a timely manner and provided updates throughout. He also went out of his way to bring myself and my two year old into an adjacent waiting area so that she could view a kids show on the television and play in the kids area. Thank you!

This is my second Telluride, both have been trouble free, excellent vehicles. Have had BMW in the past and quite frankly the feel behind the wheel is comparable. Highway gas mileage is excellent, can easily get 28 mpg with the cruise set at 78 mph (mine is awd). Could not be more pleased.

April 14th I had an oil change and tire rotation done. It was all finished in under an hour. I was also made aware that the car will need front brakes before the next oil change. Once again the service department did an outstanding job. And it not just the service department, it's the whole dealership that is friendly and keeps me well informed. Good job

Jonathan Herta was a great service manager. The dealership is very busy but was clean and bright. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

Excellent overall experience. Sales representative was not the most knowledgeable, but was very attentive. The facility was clean and sales did not apply pressure. Representative made several follow-up calls which were appropriate and helpful to my search.
