I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

Ruben was very polite, helpful and professional. He went above and beyond to help me. He even washed my truck before I left. He made sure that everything was taken care of before I left.

I love the way it rides nice and comfortable. Picks up power on hills and it’s a perfect size for long trips to pack what u need!!

Went to dealership to purchase a new telluride, only to find out they are very hard to find due to high demand. My salesman searched the dealership locations to see if there was one on a lot that fits my criteria. Nope, the best they could do for me was to put some money down a one that was being built as we spoke in West Point, Georgia. That delivery was in a little more than 4 weeks away. So ordering one from the start would have been a few months for delivery. I gave them a down payment on the one being built, a 2022 Telluride S, in dark moss. That color was 3rd on my list. I got the car in less than 3 weeks and it is awesome. The comfort, the ride, the quiet cabin, the standard features, the captains seats in the second row, everything about it is the way I like my cars to be. Everyone who comes to see it, loves it. I even get stopped on the road with "Thumbs up" when it gets eyeballed. I traded a Grand Cherokee for it, and I'm glad I did.

Grinding gear-meshing noise in drivetrain. It started with 2000 miles intermittent, !500 now-steady noise when drive train is engaged. Filed complaint with KIA. At first they insinuated I was hearing things. They now acknowledge it but don't know what it is. Frustrated as xxxx. Another appt. on 10-31. My dealer is not great. Ready to take the hit and go back to VW Atlas.

Was super easy to get my Kia Forte in for it's oil change. Was able to call and get it scheduled at midnight by the bot, and had it in the next morning. Only downside if you aren't ready for it, is the wait times. Appointment was for 10am, and I left around noon, so roughly a 2 hour wait. Technician who spoke with me was super knowledgeable and helped me ensure my Kia was in top notch shape!

The negotiation on price was upfront and friendly, and we believe we got a good, fair price on our new vehicle and trade-in value on our trade vehicle. I was searching for a new/used car. I used Cars.com to search for a Toyota Highlander. Carmax in Ft. Worth, TX was one of my choices. The car shown online was EXACTLY as shown when I saw it-the pics and details provided about the car were so accurate, there wasn't a need for alot of "wheeling and dealing". I emailed Carmax regarding my interest, late at night. Not only did I receive an email within 1 hour, the next day I received a phone call from Mr. Ben Arbour, the person who would eventually sale me the car. He walked me through their process, got me pre-approved over the phone, so that all that was left to do when I got to the office was to get the trade-in value on the car I was trading, test drive the new car & sign paperwork to purchase. I bought a 2010 Toyota Highlander that was a 1 owner car with approx. 13,700 miles. I recommend Carmax to anyone looking to get another car. They were great!!! The customer service is GREAT!!!

We were very well kept informed of the progress being made at trying to diagnose the problem. When it was diagnosed, we were told when our car would be ready & they gladly sent a snuttle to pick us up to get back to Toyota McKinny to get our Rav 4.

I was shopping for a RAV4 on cars.com, and acquired about a car at Cowboy Toyota. Luis Santos replied and was helpful and professional. He knew I was shopping at other dealerships, and he helped me work quickly to get to favorable terms. For whatever reason, most dealerships will not negotiate a final price by email and want you to go through the hassle of coming to their place to negotiate more. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota did not do that. He took my emailed offer to his manager, and we wrapped up negotiations quickly so that I knew I was coming to their dealership simply to purchase the car and fill out paperwork. Once there, Luis helped the paperwork go smoothly and had the car clean and ready for me to drive away. Luis Santos and Cowboy Toyota made what's usually an unpleasant process pleasant again. Overall, the purchasing experience was good. Working with the sales associate (Tyler) and the financing consultant (Daniel) was a pleasant experience. When I drove the car away from the dealership, I was satisfied that I had made a good purchase.

Suave was our salesperson, he is friendly, funny and courteous. Salesperson , manager and finance person were very professional and respectful of my time and money. This dealership is quite a distance from my home but I’d happily return for another great deal on a vehicle.
