Marvin is the salesman at Lupient who helped me buy my Kia Optima which I was originally leasing. I observed his low key but authentic personality which inspired my trust and made a mental note to request him when I was ready to lease a newer car. Marvin did not disappoint when I returned to Lupient recently to choose a new car to lease. He was able to order me a new Kia Forte with all the features I wanted and more. He explained (with much patience)all the features on the car and how and when to use them. I drove away with confidence that if I needed further tutorials or had any other questions I could call him. Very pleased with the roominess and performance of this vehicle. The Kia warranty can't be beat. Only downside is the some of the newer options are not available.

Excellent salesman ! Everyone else was great too. No hassles and no extra added on charges or pressure to purchase any but the car . Pleasant experience.

SX Prestige advertised as higher end SUV, but missing the luxury touches. HUD display needs to be larger for those of us with old eyes. Needs more illumination inside, can't see cup holders at night without using overhead lights. Need to add dash storage like Toyota GH for cell phones, etc. Could easily be designed under screen. Need to have 3rd and 2nd row seats electrified for ease of lowering. Should add massage seats and leg extender for driver. Great hidey hole space in rear for groceries or items you want to hide in parking lots.

Q was a great sales person. We came in knowing what we were looking for. We were able to go for a test drive right away, and discuss payment options, and we got it at a good price. Quick and easy in purchasing a new/used vehicle.

An amazing experience! Once arrived I was greeted and given a beverage of choice. Then since a majority of technical information was completed via online portals, was able to sit down and do “paperwork” for less than an hour. For one this made the part I dread the absolute most, an absolute breeze. In addition, I absolutely loved how there wasn’t any pressure to make the purchase or not. It was as if I was buying a car from family! I highly recommend this dealership and will be going here moving forward for future cars!
