Very pleased with the roominess and performance of this vehicle. The Kia warranty can't be beat. Only downside is the some of the newer options are not available.

SX Prestige advertised as higher end SUV, but missing the luxury touches. HUD display needs to be larger for those of us with old eyes. Needs more illumination inside, can't see cup holders at night without using overhead lights. Need to add dash storage like Toyota GH for cell phones, etc. Could easily be designed under screen. Need to have 3rd and 2nd row seats electrified for ease of lowering. Should add massage seats and leg extender for driver. Great hidey hole space in rear for groceries or items you want to hide in parking lots.

I worked with Izzy and he was great. Very knowledgeable and made the experience easy. The Sales Manager, Anes was also a big help in getting my wife and I taken care of. Eric in finance made it as painless as finance can make things.

Went to North Riverside Castle for the 2nd time to purchase after leaving a different dealership about an hour to the west, the whole staff at Castle is great. I went to this place to purchase a 2019 VW Alltrack SEL, Stuart the sales person was very friendly and cooperative. He even went above and beyond. But the sales manager was little stubborn on the price even though they published a SE trim as SEL though it has some additional bells and whistles. I was also in hurry, they helped me move quicker and financing made it quicker even though the interest rate was not that great. But no hidden fees. Overall the experience was great.
