SX Prestige advertised as higher end SUV, but missing the luxury touches. HUD display needs to be larger for those of us with old eyes. Needs more illumination inside, can't see cup holders at night without using overhead lights. Need to add dash storage like Toyota GH for cell phones, etc. Could easily be designed under screen. Need to have 3rd and 2nd row seats electrified for ease of lowering. Should add massage seats and leg extender for driver. Great hidey hole space in rear for groceries or items you want to hide in parking lots.

Service is very good here at Hendricks. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and concerned if there are any issues you are having. If they find any issues, they come and advise you what the issue is and what the cost will be. The service is completed in a timely manner which is very good. Their facilities are very nice and are cleaned often. Another nice thing is you get a free car wash with your service.

He has been by far the best car dealer I’ve ever dealt with. Never once did I ever feel pressured to buy a car. He was very patient, laid back, and answered all of our questions. The entire experience felt more like a friend or family member helping us than a car dealer who we just met that day. We live out-of-state and our experience was so great with this dealership that I would make the drive again and again because they are that good. Everyone from Zack to the finance department, to the parts and services department were wonderful! We ended up getting two cars from Hendrick Kia in one day because #1, you can’t beat their selection. They have everything. That dealership is huge! And #2, their service really is unbeatable. It was 5 star service all the way up to the finance guy. That’s why I took off 1 from my rating. I would give everyone else 5 stars!!! The Finance guy pushed extra warranty and tried to make you feel stupid for not choosing what he wanted you to choose. Very unprofessional!!!!!!! I almost walked out. If it wasn’t for the Salesman “Billy” I would have. Overall great dealership and great Salesman! The finance guy definitely needs some training on customer service and respect of others. We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership and drove 1 hour and 45 minutes that tells you how much we like the care and service of this Dealership.

I always get great service at Union County KIA and this was no exception. Unfortunately I required quite a bit of maintenance $, but at least I know that I’m feeling safe on the road. And in case anyone was wondering, Brandon is still the MAN in financing! He got my paperwork done with an even lower price than the one I was quoted! Salena is the best in the service department. She's taken great care of the new vehicles that I have purchased over the years. They all get the job done with as little hassle as possible. I thank God for everyone I've mentioned.
