I received a most pleasant surprise when I arrived at this dealership in the form of Corenia White my salesperson and it was the most pleasant experience I've ever had purchasing a car (and there have been many cars) She asked all the important questions and boy does she know her product and equally important she believes in what she's selling. I had done my homework and also test drove 2 other car cars and came back to Corenia the same day and purchased a Kia Sportage which i LOVE If you are looking for a car do yourself a favor take a ride to West Chester Kia and ask for Corenia . Very pleased with the roominess and performance of this vehicle. The Kia warranty can't be beat. Only downside is the some of the newer options are not available.

Went in for a repair on my Cadillac and it was done on time car washed and vacuumed and everybody at Cadillac service is well trained and a proper attitude to help the client

SX Prestige advertised as higher end SUV, but missing the luxury touches. HUD display needs to be larger for those of us with old eyes. Needs more illumination inside, can't see cup holders at night without using overhead lights. Need to add dash storage like Toyota GH for cell phones, etc. Could easily be designed under screen. Need to have 3rd and 2nd row seats electrified for ease of lowering. Should add massage seats and leg extender for driver. Great hidey hole space in rear for groceries or items you want to hide in parking lots.

Delaware Cadillac is a first class dealership with a first class staff. I had the privilege of working with Scott Bernard and I can say without a shadow of a doubt it was my best experience at a dealership and will be buying the rest of my vehicles through Scott at Delaware Cadillac. I’m confident all the salesman there are ready to give anybody the same experience Scott provided for me. At most dealership if your not their customer it’s like your invisible but not here. They all treated me like I was there customer holding open doors making sure I didn’t need anything and even just an introduction and small conversation. All things you just won’t experience anywhere else. Don’t let the name scare you away thinking you can’t afford it that their a Cadillac dealership. I promise you if you give them the chance they’ll get you in the car you want for the best price possible. So you don’t have to read anymore reviews go over to Delaware Cadillac and give my new buddy Scott the opportunity to get you into your next vehicle. And if he isn’t available I’m sure and of the other staff would be interested in helping. It will be the best decision you make.

The salesman was chilled and the experience was very relaxed. We felt heard and our salesman was through with showing us how to use the multiple features.

I am very pleased I came here for my new car. Everyone I came in contact with who worked there was very pleasant and helpful but Terrin was phenomenal. He guided me in the right direction with what features I was looking to have. He was very outgoing, super informative and made my car shopping experience surprisingly fun!
