I recently purchased a 2025 Kia Sportage Prestige, and I couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service I received from Donny. This is the third car I've purchased from this location, and I was intially unsure if the experience would match the high standards set by my former salesman who is no longer there. I rcvd excellent customer service. After a recent hospitalization, to receive the level of empathy from Carlos was comforting, although I was experiencing pain and discomfort as I sat waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Carlos constantly checked on me. It reminded me of how I would constantly check on my patients, as a frontline worker. Even his voice sounded different, There was an added layer of concern and I might add that he always established eye contact, and he waited for a response. All I can say is that Carlos's full demeanor impacted me tremendously. People may not always remember what you do or say...but they WILL remember how you make/made you feel. Overall positive experience, including negotiation in advance of coming to the dealership. Fairly straight-forward though the process ended up taking an entire afternoon and early evening. Seemed to drag out longer than needed. Would recommend this dealership.

I have never been to this dealership before but Lana Manko was fabulous. She was knowledgeable, patience and went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me. I've never had a sales person do so much to make sure I was satisfied with my decision. If I need another car, I will not hesitate to come back and see her.

I brought my 2021 Sportage in for an oil change and multi-point inspection. I bought the vehicle from a different Kia dealer and wanted it checked out by dealer closer to my home in DC. The service reps were prompt and courteous. Everything went smoothly. The only reason I didn’t rate my experience at five stars was because the facility was in a cramped location. They may be involved in making improvements to the service area—which would be great.
