Very pleased with the roominess and performance of this vehicle. The Kia warranty can't be beat. Only downside is the some of the newer options are not available.

Makayla Mason was another example of the caring culture this dealership has created. Makayla was "on it". Very professional, extremely nice and she engendered confidence in the calm way she handled every single aspect of my service call. SS Kia clearly has the best service department I have ever experienced. In barely 2 years I have bought 2 Kia's and I have loved them both, especially my 2023 Sportage. SX Prestige advertised as higher end SUV, but missing the luxury touches. HUD display needs to be larger for those of us with old eyes. Needs more illumination inside, can't see cup holders at night without using overhead lights. Need to add dash storage like Toyota GH for cell phones, etc. Could easily be designed under screen. Need to have 3rd and 2nd row seats electrified for ease of lowering. Should add massage seats and leg extender for driver. Great hidey hole space in rear for groceries or items you want to hide in parking lots.

Had a difficult experience at the get go, but overall the experience with Mikee and Gianni turned out to be ok. There some internal issues that still need to be addressed, but the General Manager will have to fix those. Love the Kia and all the outstanding technology on the vehicle.

Everything is good that I experienced there except my front tires need to be balanced. I can feel it when I was driving home.

It was very nice experience working with Ms Keri Canfield. She took time to explain the needed work of me Sorento and communicated the progress of work also. Although the tech couldn't identify the slow leak issue of my front tire, she told me to bring it back to service if the problem still exist. Shout out to the person who cleaned the car because it looks new. Thank you for the good work.
