He promptly scheduled an appointment for my daughter's vehicle despite other dealerships' reluctance to accommodate us for 15 days due to starter issues. He also managed to set up my appointment for an oil change on short notice this Saturday. I am very impressed with Mark's customer service skills, which is why I have decided to no longer take my three cars that I purchased from Parkway Kia to them anymore. SX Prestige advertised as higher end SUV, but missing the luxury touches. HUD display needs to be larger for those of us with old eyes. Needs more illumination inside, can't see cup holders at night without using overhead lights. Need to add dash storage like Toyota GH for cell phones, etc. Could easily be designed under screen. Need to have 3rd and 2nd row seats electrified for ease of lowering. Should add massage seats and leg extender for driver. Great hidey hole space in rear for groceries or items you want to hide in parking lots.

Love my kia forte, the maintenance is amazing 👏 love the team that takes care of my car. Jay has been very helpful and the other staff. Can't remember everyones name but everyone was nice and understanding.

Please ask for Paul or Trey. You will not be disappointed. They were so attentive and had the keys waiting for me to look at the car I wanted. The no hassle or fuss when I walked in and especially drove up, made me chose this dealership.
