Very pleased with the roominess and performance of this vehicle. The Kia warranty can't be beat. Only downside is the some of the newer options are not available.

I love the Mark Kia dealership in Scottsdale because they have the best customer service! I live in Tempe but chose to come to this specific location because of their amazing service and attitude. The employees are always updating us on our car. I love Mrs.Cori and her energy that she gives. She’s always super sweet and helpful.

SX Prestige advertised as higher end SUV, but missing the luxury touches. HUD display needs to be larger for those of us with old eyes. Needs more illumination inside, can't see cup holders at night without using overhead lights. Need to add dash storage like Toyota GH for cell phones, etc. Could easily be designed under screen. Need to have 3rd and 2nd row seats electrified for ease of lowering. Should add massage seats and leg extender for driver. Great hidey hole space in rear for groceries or items you want to hide in parking lots.

The service department is well organized and provides good service. I live in Gilbert but drive to Mark Kia to get service for my Telluride.

CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. Barbara Bloss, my sales rep at Horne Kia met me at the dealership for the first time and was instantly smiling, friendly and inviting. Our meeting was brief but within 15 minutes she had understood my offer and translated it into a form for submission to the sales manager. My offer was not immediately accepted but taken under advisement. She said she would keep me informed.About a week and a half later she contacted me with the news that my offer had been accepted. We arranged to conclude the transaction with her delivering the car to a location about 200 miles from the dealership.. We met completed the transaction, I am extremely pleased and as a shining star for Horne Kia.

Everyone in sales and finance that helped were exceptionally patient and kind. I was able to purchase the exact vehicle I wanted. 10 out of 5 star service!
