Overall, buying my 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid was good. The car and dealership were clean and the staff was pleasant. Robert went above and beyond when relaying so much important info about my hybrid (my first-so excited!) The entire team worked to make the process easy and pleasant. I only have one complaint. When my boyfriend and I were inside asking questions and sealing the deal, I was a bit annoyed by the fact that although I was the purchaser, and sometimes even when I asked a question, Robert spent most of the time talking to my boyfriend about MY car. I was surprised that a veteran car salesman would make such an error. I overlooked it because he was otherwise a good salesperson and I really wanted the car. Still, I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Metro Toyota, but I would insist the salesperson talk to me, the purchaser.

Very please with the customer service provided. Bryan was so friendly and accommodating, making sure that all my needs and desires were met to the best of his ability.

We had a few hiccups at first, but it worked out well. Damon has been great!

I have purchased or brought friends to purchase seven KIA cars (Soul, Seltos, Sportage) in the past four years. Dave Sabitina has been my salesperson of choice for each of the transactions. He has gone above and beyond to ensure complete satisfaction with each purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership and Dave. My only complaint is that the car wash is terrible and I don’t use it, so the free car washes are not a perk.

But the conversation progressed in that direction & Anthony my salesman & the dealership were flexible and worked within my budget. Anthony was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the Hybrid model and explained all features and details. Overall it was a satisfying experience and I am delighted with my new car.
