Very pleased with the roominess and performance of this vehicle. The Kia warranty can't be beat. Only downside is the some of the newer options are not available.

Spent the afternoon at the Burlington location while waiting for a seatbelt mechanism replacement. Michelle was very friendly, offered a drink, let me plug myself in so I could attend work meetings, and gave me a couple of dollars to get something out of the vending machine. Very impressed with their customer service.

SX Prestige advertised as higher end SUV, but missing the luxury touches. HUD display needs to be larger for those of us with old eyes. Needs more illumination inside, can't see cup holders at night without using overhead lights. Need to add dash storage like Toyota GH for cell phones, etc. Could easily be designed under screen. Need to have 3rd and 2nd row seats electrified for ease of lowering. Should add massage seats and leg extender for driver. Great hidey hole space in rear for groceries or items you want to hide in parking lots.

Great! The staff I dealt with was awesome from start to finish. While there Nicole was very informative on what was going to be done on my car. I really appreciated they did not not try to upsell me on any services that I didn’t need at this time. 5 stars the whole way.

Service was good.....just a heads up ... if you pay with a credit card....your charged a fee .... If I had been told that I would've transferred money and used my debit card and saved myself 60 plus $'s -

Recently we had Kia service our 2014 Kia, the representative who help us his name is Brett, the service was excellent. This one reason we chose to buy Kia since vac in California we’ve always excellent service! We really appreciate the exceptional service from the service department. I give Brett a “4 star” rating. Great customer service. I came in for a engine replacement. I was helped by Nicole in service department who was exceptionally great.She was very patient She explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything.

The team at Kia of Everett listened and considered my daughter's unique needs, and advised with options. After driving the used car that brought us to the Kia store, they also showed us a few options from sister stores. They brought in one of those cars, let us compare, arranged financing, and my daughter had just the right car for her lifestyle and job. The team put her at ease with the whole process, as it was her first time buying a car. I can highly recommend the team at Kia of Everett.
