Very pleased with the roominess and performance of this vehicle. The Kia warranty can't be beat. Only downside is the some of the newer options are not available.

MANAGEMENT AND JEFF WAS GREAT!!!! They always take real good care of me and my Kia Sportage!!! And the amenities are great - love my hot chocolate out of the machine 🥰😊🤩. And the popcorn already prepared and served to us in baggies!!!!

SX Prestige advertised as higher end SUV, but missing the luxury touches. HUD display needs to be larger for those of us with old eyes. Needs more illumination inside, can't see cup holders at night without using overhead lights. Need to add dash storage like Toyota GH for cell phones, etc. Could easily be designed under screen. Need to have 3rd and 2nd row seats electrified for ease of lowering. Should add massage seats and leg extender for driver. Great hidey hole space in rear for groceries or items you want to hide in parking lots.

I live in S. C. and was visiting my daughters in Atl when a dashboard light came on. I stopped at Lou Sobh and told the Service attendant what was happening. Pierre is a wonderful salesperson with exceptional people skills. After doing extensive research I knew what I wanted, but had been waiting for a dealership to get the car in a color I wanted as well as a good price. I found it online at Rick case, called to see if it was available and Shane helped me out from the start. The plastic was still on all the seats when we arrived but Shane didn't hesitate and had us out on a test drive quickly. He was knowledgeable about all the features, and very personable. We had a great experience with him and Rick case. When we took the car home, we realized forgot something at the dealership and called Shane. He went way above and beyond making sure we got it back immediately. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and did everything in his power to speed up the process for us when I knew exactly what I wanted going in.
