I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Classic Kia of Carrollton is the BEST dealership in the area and will always continue to trade my car every couple of years and have service done here. I am in my 4th KIA now and have never had any problems or maintenance issues but then I usually trade and buy a new one every couple of years just because I like being in the safest vehicle possible with all the newest technology to be safe and so that I have a good ride for my passengers and family I care about.

I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

I love the way it rides nice and comfortable. Picks up power on hills and it’s a perfect size for long trips to pack what u need!!

Went to dealership to purchase a new telluride, only to find out they are very hard to find due to high demand. My salesman searched the dealership locations to see if there was one on a lot that fits my criteria. Nope, the best they could do for me was to put some money down a one that was being built as we spoke in West Point, Georgia. That delivery was in a little more than 4 weeks away. So ordering one from the start would have been a few months for delivery. I gave them a down payment on the one being built, a 2022 Telluride S, in dark moss. That color was 3rd on my list. I got the car in less than 3 weeks and it is awesome. The comfort, the ride, the quiet cabin, the standard features, the captains seats in the second row, everything about it is the way I like my cars to be. Everyone who comes to see it, loves it. I even get stopped on the road with "Thumbs up" when it gets eyeballed. I traded a Grand Cherokee for it, and I'm glad I did.

Grinding gear-meshing noise in drivetrain. It started with 2000 miles intermittent, !500 now-steady noise when drive train is engaged. Filed complaint with KIA. At first they insinuated I was hearing things. They now acknowledge it but don't know what it is. Frustrated as xxxx. Another appt. on 10-31. My dealer is not great. Ready to take the hit and go back to VW Atlas.

Susan Najjar was the best. The dealership is beautiful and comfortable. She worked hard to please us and what we wanted and could afford. The business person was very personable and helpful. He was very pleasant. He was good at explaining things. I am very happy with my new car.

Very pleased with the roominess and performance of this vehicle. The Kia warranty can't be beat. Only downside is the some of the newer options are not available.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

car buying process is so easy at this dealership. The sales rep , Thomas Young, was very accomodating also. No haggle, the price you see online is the same price you get.

Overall our sales experience was a five stars. The reason for the five stars is because of our car salesman Jimmy he was great. Very attentive and outgoing to earn our business. The reason for the four stars is because I hate haggling with finance for all weather floor matts when were buys a 40 K plus car.

Telluride functions as a large SUV while feeling like a more nimble vehicle. Storage space is generous and interior is well thought out. Smooth, quiet ride with adequate acceleration.

First time customer at this dealership. I was met promptly by a service advisor and after the preliminary paperwork, was shown to the customer lounge. Bright and clean with comfortable seating and refreshment options. My car was ready on time, sparkling clean inside and out. This dealership does a great job. I left impressed and satisfied. I'll be back.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

The dealership was amazing. Everything worked seamlessly, the people were friendly and knowledgeable, and they have great products. We leased a GV80, and it is a dream car. Also, the service offered for the first 3 years is amazing. No need to go to the dealership, they come to you with a loaner Genesis. WOW

Thought I was in love with my 2017 Kia Sedona, until I got my Kia Telluride SX now I’m head over heels😊smooth ride , great sound system, quiet cabin, decent gas mileage and very stylish. The entire process was painless, fun and Brian provided concierge level customer service.
