Just had my 2022 sportage serviced for the first time. As my son was in hospital 2 hours away I asked for first available appt. which was within a week.. When I arrived I informed the consultant that I needed to leave ASAP to go to the hospital. They couldnt promise ,but got me out in about an hour and were very understanding to my situation. We purchased the 2022 Telluride Prestige Nightfall for our family car. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend this vehicle based on looks, practicality, space, and reliability.

They are a good dealership and talk to me when I call them or if it’s late they call me back the next day. The only problem is they will not move on the price of the Vivid Orange Metallic Camaro. My 2019 Colorado ZR2 is a low mileage (15,679) which is loaded and 100% of the miles are highway miles with superior maintenance and records! Please work with me and let’s make this trade possible! I was very disappointed to discover that after paying the exorbitant markup of almost $10,000.00, that there is no power button in the car or on the key fob to open the rear hatch. I was also shocked that the front passenger seat does not have power controls, you have to reach under the seat to manually pull it forward or back. While I understand the safety feature to not accidentally lock a child in the car, I was unable to lock my car while trying to sleep in the back while camping. I'm hoping this won't be an issue in the future, but I had to have an alignment after only 12,000 miles and since I'm the only driver, I can assure you that I've never hit a pot hole or anything else that should have caused this. I do find the car comfortable to ride in and I like the safety features that alert you when trying to change lanes or if an object is behind you.

Always a great shop with great HONEST staff, came in for a headlight bulb replacement but ended up trading in my 2020 Bighorn for 2021 Ram Limited, and it was the deal of lifetime!!! If you need services definitely holla at Andy and Shop Leader Mr Scoot is a Vet and will always make sure your happy with the staff and shop!! Ted Russell awesome sales team is friendly and not pushy and works with the customer. They keep in touch and even after you leave 2 weeks later come back and they go over everything again about the car.

Bought this car as a retired couple to travel in. Lots of room for anything you need to carry while traveling or shopping. Also used to do day road trips with two more couples. Easy for us oldies to get in the second and third row seats, or go on outings with up to 7 people. Love the charging ports for everyone in the car. It has been a very dependable vehicle.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

The were received with the best of interest shown concerning our vehicle. The young lady discovered the problem right away and fixed it within less than an hour and we were on our way!

I bought a new 2022 Telluride for the family to travel in. My wife and son did not want to drive it because it had blind spots when trying to change lanes and the length of the hood up front was to long for them. I loved the vehicle. Good power. Good smooth ride. Interior was amazing. The only issue I had was the limited space for luggage. We had 5 travelers and had to take luggage and put it inside my daughter's vehicle who was driving separately. Other than that great vehicle.

It was the easiest and most efficient visit. Brett was so professional and well trained. He knew what he was doing. It was a very smooth visit.

Went to dealership to purchase a new telluride, only to find out they are very hard to find due to high demand. My salesman searched the dealership locations to see if there was one on a lot that fits my criteria. Nope, the best they could do for me was to put some money down a one that was being built as we spoke in West Point, Georgia. That delivery was in a little more than 4 weeks away. So ordering one from the start would have been a few months for delivery. I gave them a down payment on the one being built, a 2022 Telluride S, in dark moss. That color was 3rd on my list. I got the car in less than 3 weeks and it is awesome. The comfort, the ride, the quiet cabin, the standard features, the captains seats in the second row, everything about it is the way I like my cars to be. Everyone who comes to see it, loves it. I even get stopped on the road with "Thumbs up" when it gets eyeballed. I traded a Grand Cherokee for it, and I'm glad I did.

We did our research on reliability and affordability with mid-size SUVs. We are a family of 6 with children out of car seats. Very pleased with the roominess and performance of this vehicle. The Kia warranty can't be beat. Only downside is the some of the newer options are not available.
