5+ Star for Sales team. Great experience. Works well with customer. Paper handling and title/registration dept "upstairs" is AWFUL. 1 month from buying and still not received papers. False promised 3 times already saying its mailed out (outright lies). Everytime you call they have excuse for lying previous time. Now my tag expires in 3 days with no papers in hand. That's the "LEGENDS WAY" I guess..
Shawn Lemieux and his helper Carter were awesome to deal with. I said there was no stress involved in this Pilot trade in! I would highly recommend asking for these two when you are in the car shopping market!

Greg Aikmus was amazing with this whole process. I came in without my husband just to test drive the Kia Soul...and I purchased it right on the spot. I needed a new battery. Zac found that I also needed new filters, which he brought out and showed me. I also needed new wiper blades. He was very friendly and helpful I didn't feel pressure to do anything . He is a good employee.

There is no other word to describe Premier Auto than amazing! I am a graduate student that commutes from KC to KU everyday. When my car broke down beyond repair I was having a TERRIBLE time finding a car in my budget that fit my needs.
I went to Premier Auto to look at one car that I didn't end up liking but Ryan assured me that he could find me something that I did like and about a week later I found my perfect car! I looked at a handful of cars that Ryan had in the process and did not once feel pressured to buy one or feel like the staff was annoyed by me.
Both Ryan and Chad were great to work with! They listened to what I needed and was always understanding about my situation of trying to find a quality car on a students budget. Carefully inspected the vehicle and made recommendations on current issues and long term upkeep. The techs are great and respect my vehicle like their own! I live in St Louis and had been looking for the right car for a while. I found the perfect 2013 Subaru Forester on LSH’s website and put the car on hold after talking to Leslie. She was very helpful and made the process easy.
I flew into KC and picked up the car yesterday. Austen and Darryl helped me to close the sale. They had already detailed the car and prepared paperwork before I arrived. All I had to do was test drive, talk about financing/warranties and sign. The paperwork didn’t take long, they made sure I was 100% comfortable with everything, patiently answered all of the questions I had, (I’m not very knowledgeable about cars and likely asked some stupid questions!) and had me out the door in about two hours. It was not the all day, stressful situation I’ve learned to expect from other dealerships!
This was definitely the best experience I’ve had buying a car. The entire staff seemed very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend going to them!
When I went out to the dealership I had just called ahead of time and they were able to fit me in right away. I have been where in Dad getting off the highway and they did a overall inspection to make sure there was no damage. William Keith was so helpful and professional! I really trust this dealership in providing me with the best service and advice on my new Volkswagen Tiguan.
