Great redesign. Much roomier interior. I have the gas hybrid and gas mileage is great. The only complaint I have is the middle console. The material used scratches easily and shows fingerprints as well.

I purchased my 2022 Kia Sorrento Hybrid last week. Karol Sanchez was my sales person and I can't begin to tell you how incredibly nice she was. She never made us feel rushed even when we were asking questions about different cars on the lot. Karol was instrumental in us deciding to purchase that day. I owned a 2023 Kia Seltos S, color Neptune Blue. I put 72000 miles on it doing UBER. The original tires it came with lasted me 65000 miles. Nothing went wrong other than the horn went out, which Kia fixed for free. It rides SMOOTH. I had TONS of compliments from my riders. They loved the space. It was easy to take HUGE packages and bags in and out and pick up people from airports and bus stations. It's one step down from their Sportage and worth the money. I just upgraded to a 2025. Guess what I bought? Another Seltos. These are amazing vehichles that don't get enough credit. The newer models have mood lighting. They have one touch and you can open the trunk. Some have leather seats and power seats which I now have. Everyone loved the color. So yes, buy a new kia in confidence. They also have Kia Connect now and you can find your car and immobilize it IF IF IF it gets stolen. Kia will go get it for you through their connect app. They also offer to install lojack. Go for it.

Bought the vehicle new in October of 2023. Now it’s March of 2025. Have yet to have an issue🤞though have heard of common problems many have had. I’ve put roughly 20 k miles on the car in a year and a half (mostly interstate driving). Technology package is lovely and the vehicle has an overall stylish feel. It’s important to keep in mind, though, that you’re buying a 20k dollar vehicle from 2023. It’s plastics galore in there, so, though stylish, the material quality isn’t the best. If you’re someone who takes care of your things, you shouldn’t have an issue! Use the maintenance schedule found in the Owner’s manual and this vehicle should get you where you’re going for a reasonable amount of years. That being said, if you’re trying to decide between and LX[S] and GT (not including GT-Line), choose the GT. Though you’re paying a little extra, you get a standard transmission with real gears (the car has more power than you’d think too) rather than the CVT found in the LX[S] (and GT-line). CVT tech has greatly improved within recent years, but they’re still known to be problematic at times. All in all, this generation of Kia seems to be more reliable than most previous gens. Definitely a real deal competitor with the carolla/civic and worth the consideration!

I LOVE my 2023 KIa K5 GT-Line. I have the Passion Red, and I must say it’s a very sexy color. The panoramic sunroof is my favorite feature. The K5 rides so smooth and handles very well. If you’re considering this car…don’t hesitate any longer. GO BUY IT!!!

after tons of research, started looking at the Kia suvs/sportage..I had driven Lexus RX, few other different luxury brands..I loved Kia’s warranty, 7r/10yr wow….even though owned cars and they NEVER required repair, but I do maintain and take care of my vehicles, first foremost regular oil/filter changes and sometimes even skipped a service check…so decided to test drive, I was pleasantly surprised it handled well, cabin quiet, hugs the ride, awesome sound system by H Kardon, suspension felt good( unlike last Lexus) it has all the bells and whistles, safety features. pep when needed, and gas mileage 27-up as high as 36 mph with sensible driving…oh yes 2 rear passenger has plenty of leg and head room, reclining rear seats even for 6ft + passenger was amazing surprise.. cargo area good size.. just could not find anything that turned me off the vehicle…so I bought one, and no regrets..

I've put 60k miles on my 2023 Sorento Hybrid and it's been solid. Only repair was a defective horn, covered under warranty. Maintenance has been very cheap, less than $1000 total (not including tires) for 60k miles! I average 33 mpg overall. I used this primarily for rideshare and got compliments on a daily basis on how nice the interior was. 10/10 recommend.

I've had this car for nearly 2 years but have less than 7.000 miles on it, so maybe this isn't a fair judgement, but so far, it's been great. I got the basic gas model. No problems. Had one weird thing where i didn't realize that I couldn't move the car AT ALL with the door ajar, and the car freaked out & seized up! But once I figured that out, and learned how to use all the tech, it's been great. It actually turns out to be a bit small for my needs, but other than that, great . . .

I love my car I have had it for about 3 weeks it's brand new 2025 Kia -4 Ex. There is so much room in the interior of the car both front and back. My trunk is so spacious and the back seats fold down. It rides so smooth handles nicely and it is so quiet, it has so much equipment . the price was right. It's so sporty looking

I love my Kia K5 Gt Line! White with Red Interior which was hard to find. I traded my Hyundai Elantra because we travel a lot and our backs hurt. Now I enjoyed my Elantra but the K5 has the larger bolsters on the seats and it rides great being a mid size! Our 10 hour trips once a month are much easier now! Styling is great and all the options and safety features are awesome! Plus the full warranty can’t be beat! Thanks Bedford Kia for finding my car!

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

I've had my SX Prestige gas model for a year and a half. I have been very satisfied with this car. The interior design is very user friendly as are the tech features. I have had a few minor issues. When the car was new the active air flap system wasn't working properly as the flaps were stuck. I kept getting strange powertrain errors when the issue was the air flaps. It took two visits to the dealer to fix the problem. The other issue I have is the lights on the A/C Radio combination panel are too dim to see when it is sunny out even though I have it set to 100% illumination. Dealer doesn't have a clue how to fix it so I live with it. Other than that the car has been great. The engine is underpowered, but I learned to use the sport mode when I need power and it works acceptably. The ride is comfortable and with the rear seats down I have plenty of room to carry my things even though they say it's small for its class. I like the size. Not to small and not to big. The interior is roomy for a car this size. The MPG's average around 27 for me. I get over 30 on the highway. For the features you get at this price, it can't be beat. All of the safety features have worked flawlessly. The car has been working out well for me and I would recommend it.

Wonderful car, great acceleration and performance. The only negative I would give is the light in the hatchback! They put one small light to the bottom left!?? Why would they do that? You can't see anything but what is at the bottom left🙄🙄 I'm literally going to find a pop light to stick up above ON A BRAND NEW CAR!

To make a long story short: I’ve been looking for a newer Jeep Wrangler for a couple weeks and I kept running into dealerships with shady salespeople or hidden dealer fees that were ridiculous. Lucky for me I saw a Wrangler that was just posted on City World Hyundai, I called and requested the best salesperson, to my luck I was transferred to Dayri O’Neal and I can’t begin to tell you how amazing she was from begging to end. I work a lot and I don’t have the time to go to the Bronx from Jersey so Dayri FaceTimed me from their lot and showed me the vehicle in detail, she provided the carfax over text and email, went over all the dealer fees way in the beginning before I had decided to purchase the vehicle (no hidden fees or ridiculous dealer fees like most other dealers). Dayri also let me speak to her manager Eddie who was a really straight forward, knowledgeable, empathetic person. Dayri and Eddie agreed to deliver my Wrangler to Jersey for FREE and also gave me a discount on my truck for being a Veteran while thanking me for my service in my beloved Army. I had never purchased a vehicle online before without seeing the vehicle in person but Dayri and her team made the process so easy and trouble free that it was a no brainer. On the finance side make sure you see Mykael as he was really good about getting me the loan I needed, my credit isn’t the greatest right now around 630 and I have multiple cars already being leased and financed, however Mykael was really confident and very reassuring that he would be able to obtain the loan for me, and indeed he got me a great rate all things considered. My review ends with Dayri coming on her personal time around 10pm to deliver my vehicle from the Bronx to Jersey, the truck had been detailed and filled with gasoline (I never asked for those things btw). In conclusion if you’re thinking about buying a vehicle, make sure you come to this dealership and ask for Dayri because I’m sure you will be writing a 5 star review just like I am right now, super happy with my truck, no surprise fees, a good loan interest rate and the overall experience Dayri and her team provided. I own the 2023 Kia Seltos S. At age 23 years old, its the perfect car for me to travel around in. It gets me to and from work, and still has plenty of space for passengers and suitcases for a long weekend trip. I have the FWD option, and its a gas saver. I drive 60% city, and 40% highway, and I've so far managed to average 35 mpg, that's two more than estimated. I picked the two tone roof option which I highly recommend as it makes finding your car a breeze in the parking lot. It has the right amount of comfort, and technology for a crossover sitting at $25k. I cannot recommend this vehicle enough!

I have the SX Prestige model and I love my car. I love just about everything about my car from the numerous tech feature to the huge dashboard. After two years of owning the vehicle, I’m still finding features that I never knew existed. If I had to think of two things that I hated most about this car, they would have to be the lack of power and the gas version and the sunroof controls other than that great car

It's been 6 years since I bought my Forte 5 LX. There were times I drove it 400 + miles a week on crappy Northern California freeways for field work and the only thing replaced was the battery, tires and plugs. It currently has 120,000 miles. This one has a GDI engine but no sign of engine problems. It's the basic LX version and I'm soon putting 16" wheels on it since the 15" steel wheels have that rust look. Overall, this car has been very good to me and is great for a retired person.
