Ed Martin Acura Indianpolis could not have been a smoother experience for me. I was greeted within 30 seconds by Aaron Smith and helped for the next four hours until my purchase of the TLX. Not only did Aaron answer any question we had, he seemed to know everything about the cars available, provided ample help when needed, and made us feel at home in the store. I am enjoying my car so much each time I use it, and cannot thank Ed Martin Acura as well as Aaron enough for this experience.

We traded our 2012Optima because of a brake issue the dealership couldn't find. I could've scanned the ABS myself but it was under warranty, so after MANY times to that dealership we switched to another and decided to trade it in and get a 2012 Sorento. The salesman assured us the CARFAX said the car was seviced including all the major components and specifically said,Engine, Transmission and complete driveline,within the 1st month we had oil consumption issues which was diagnosed as a bad engine after being stranded with it,we also had complained about the transmission having issues with it on a few occasions to the dealership now we're getting close to our 10 year warranty period and I'm worried that we'll be stuck with the bill. Our dealership now are awesome they do whatever they can to do right by us. So maybe I'm being paranoid but a couple thousand $$$ isn't something we can afford. We want to keep it if all is good,and might buy a used Kia again in a couple of months it all depends on what happens here.

It's a 2013 KIA so it probably won't win your any awards, but it was a great value and reliable for something over 100k miles. Would recommend

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

I bought this car used from friend they did have motor problem but they bought it new so kia replaced motor and my daughter drove it couple years then when she graduated I took Kia and bought her new car for her and grandkids and I have been happy with it. It's my everyday car because it gets great MPG. It's got 160k miles about 50K on new motor. So far no issues just keep her up to date on oil changes and stuff. It's 1st Kia I ever owned and I would definitely give them another go if time to buy another vehicle.

Bought new for my wife in 2012. I am very particular in maintenance of all fluids & filters. 360,000 miles later and still runs like new. The most amazing thing is the “check engine” light has not even been on once. No leaks and uses no oil. Amazing vehicle!

I purchased my 2013 Kia Sorento LX fwd (3.5L V6 engine non GDI) used with 36,000mi. It now has 167,000mi. (mix of city and 1000+mi road trips). It's had very few issues, and it's still running strong. The 3.5 engine seems very durable. I change the oil and use only high quality full synthetic oil and filter. The few minor issues include limited life for front turn signal/head light bulbs, slightly stiff suspension, and easily stained fabric seats. The suspension and steering seem pretty durable as well. I only use Michelin Defender tires, and I've gotten 95,000mi out of them. It's never needed an alignment.

I've had this car for five years and only had to replace starter. However I now have engine issues it stalled on me driving on highway luckily I cruised down off ramp and had to use all muscle for power steering and brakes that went out to a parking lot on access road.

I knew all car lots sell cars fast, so I was prepared with a couple I was interested in from their online stock. I was greeted warmly and please as they helped me choose the right car for me. I have had this envoy for two years now and I love it. I highly recommend the crew at American Imports!

This car met all of my needs. It has plenty of legroom in the front and back. The ride is great compered to another cars I tested. I has USB ports and much more.

My son and I was on a car buying mission on Saturday February 22nd 2025. We started our journey at Indy Luxary Autos on Pendelton Pike to be let down. So we went on to our original plan and headed for Indy Auto Center on Michigan Rd., originally my son was after a 2013 Baby Blue Chrysler 200 that he seen roughly about a week prior on the internet and absolutely wanted it. I called on our way to the dealership to make sure it was still available and told Sami that we would be there in 30 minutes not knowing it would take all of that 30 minutes to get there from Pendleton Pike to his location on Michigan Rd. When we arrived there was a bit of a snafu. Well long story short version a set of lady's came in 10 minutes after we had talked on the phone (Sami thought it was us) and they took the car we was after out on a test drive with it being first come first serve and we understood that. Now in the mean time of them only supposed to be on 15 minute test (the ladys where gone for at least 45 minutes) drive they took us to another 200 that was a year older a bit nore in price by like $900.00 and it really caught my son's eye to the point they pulled it out and got it all situated for him to take it out. Now the other car was still on a test drive when the other one we was offered was ready to be taken out. We eneded taking them both out and my son fell in love with 2nd car that Sami showed us and his family even gave us HUGE discount for all trouble that we went through. I was very pleased with the outcome and so was my son. Now I'm not going to lie I was worried that something might go wrong because you just never know with used cars but it hasn't and he has drove it everywhere. I'm very greatful for Smai and his team they where kind courteous and very helpful. I was originally going to post the review the day we bought the car but I wanted to make sure it was solid and that his crew and dealership was worthy of a very amazing review and I couldn't be happier with our choice of car or dealership. We showed up 30 minutes until close and they were so understanding and kind. We found a Volvo we absolutely loved right away and they made the buying process so easy and fast for us. I will definitely come here again for my next vehicle. The gentleman that assisted us was so easy to talk to and friendlier than others we spoke with at other dealerships. I am so glad my friend told us to check them out because there is no way I could’ve asked for a better, safer vehicle for my husband within a reasonable price range.

I own a 2011 EX V6. I bought it with 61,000 miles on it in March 2021. I have just at 111,000 miles on it now. Best car I've ever owned. Had a mustang and Camaro before this and they were terrible. The worst problem I've had is the driver side door won't open from the outside, but opens from the inside. The battery died about 2 months after I bought, but I bought a new one, and it's been fine since. The driver side headlight went out bout a month ago but replaced it. Driver side fog light is out. Had check engine light come on about a month ago, but it was just the gas cap. Honestly, I've seen a lot of people with bad 2011 sorentos, so I'm grateful mine is good. Older couple in their 80s bought it brand new in 2010, and then I bought it at the dealership as they were finalizing their new Buick purchase. They told me the history of the car and everything. They barely drove the car 6,000 miles a year, so I think I lucked out. Now, the car feels every bump on the road, so not the comfiest SUV I've been in. The leg room isn't terrible in the 2nd row, but good luck with a rear facing car seat lol. You'll have to move the driver or passenger seat forward if you put the car seat behind them.

2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

Bought our 2012 Kia Sportage EX used in 2017. Drawn to the stylish exterior of the EX version. Relatively low mileage with leather seats and 2.4 litre engine, larger than the standard 2.0 in other comparable cross-overs ( Hyundai and Mazda). This vehicle has been one of the most comfortable and reliable vehicles we have ever owned. Now have 220k KM with only standard maintenance. Tires, battery, filters and fuel. We take several long trips each year from Alberta to BC and have found the Kia comfortable and powerful through the mountain passes. The one disappointment is the failure of the UVO stereo system in past year. The speakers stopped working as the section of the amplifier that transmits signal stopped working. Replacement audio unit from Kia is overpriced at CDN 900. This has been our only problem. Like the styling, performance and reliability of this vehicle.

My wife and I purchased a Cadillac XTS for from this dealership. Ralph, the salesman, was extremely helpful and upfront with everything about the car. I read all of the reviews and have to wonder the legitimacy of some of the terrible reviews after our experience. As with all used cars, you can get lemons. With this in mind, I would say that I do recommend this dealership or flying service and follow up.

I’ve purchased new my 2013 Kia Optima back in May 2013. It’s been a fantastic car. I haven’t driven it a great deal & have just 20,463 miles on it as of July 2025. It’s stylish & very comfortable. I still enjoy having & driving it.

I hate the car buying process. I do not like being pressured to make a decision on the spot, and I do not like haggling. American Imports made it easy... their pricing is very fair right up front, so I didn't need to haggle. Plus, the test driving process was easy, I didn't have to give a bunch of information or have to take the salesperson with me. I wasn't pressured to make a decision, I took a couple of days to think about it, then just went it and finalized the deal. I'll go back when I need to buy another car.

One of the most reliable cars I've ever had. I brought it with a Savaged Title in 2020 due to a front end collison but someone rebuilt it very well. I got 4 years of use with NO PROBLEMS. When I say that car never broke down or needed parts replaced I mean it. Until the transmission went out after 4 1/2 years. Replaced it with a used one for $577 on 6/7/2024. Then on 7/6/2024 I was rear ended and hit so hard it locked the transmission. Not going to put more money into this car, but she was great while she lasted. Long story short, I'd highly recommend this budget car

Bought in 2016 with 6000 miles. Not the quietest ride but currently at 125,000 miles and no major issues yet. Only problem was original set of rear tires wore out on the inside edge. The tire shop said Kia had that problem from the factory and he installed a shim kit to make the alignment correct. No problem with that issue since. Mileage is good for a large minivan. At 70 to 80 MPH I get 26 mpg average depending on which state I am buying fuel in. I love being able to switch from Automatic transmition to a manual transmission when going down steep mountain grades. I am actually shopping for a used Kia 2017 to 2020 right now with low miles to replace this one.

It's been 6 years since I bought my Forte 5 LX. There were times I drove it 400 + miles a week on crappy Northern California freeways for field work and the only thing replaced was the battery, tires and plugs. It currently has 120,000 miles. This one has a GDI engine but no sign of engine problems. It's the basic LX version and I'm soon putting 16" wheels on it since the 15" steel wheels have that rust look. Overall, this car has been very good to me and is great for a retired person.
