Two complaints the brake pedal squeeks when you press it and the Eco mode is too restrictive at times. Otherwise this car is amazing! I love getting 36mpg when I have a lead foot and 50 when I'm being conservative! The power from this 4 cylinder is astonishing! I am completely surprised I do not have more speeding tickets! Handling is amazing and becomes more sporty when you take it out of eco. Fun to drive, has more power than expected and is a hybrid, couldn't ask for a better combination!

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

Spunky little AWD with 2.4L engine. I had it sold a couple of weeks ago (65K miles) and the very next day the engine started knocking. I took it straight to the local dealer and the engine was replaced per PI1802W/X Product Improvement Campaign. It now has a lifetime transferrable warranty on the engine. The kid I had it sold to was willing to wait for the repairs. He'll have a great new to him car tomorrow with the engine warranty.

This car now has almost 170k miles.other than normal wear and tear and some recalls the car has been excellent. The real subject here is KIA . They have been a real stand up company. In my opinion KIA has had my back. KIA will be my next purchase

Thank you Ziegler Honda for helping me out with my recent car troubles. My 2012 Nissan Rogue needed a new transmission as well as a number of other repairs. So when I came in to Ziegler Honda, I had a bit of anxiety. I wasn't sure if I was going to repair my 2012 Rogue, purchase a used vehicle or something else. Cesar was so kind from start to finish. Even though I'm sure I was frustrating/difficult at times, asking a lot of questions and being quite cautious, Cesar stayed calm and was so friendly. He even asked his manager Max to come over to help answer some of my questions. Max and Cesar worked hard to find a comfortable payment plan for me and were able to put me into a 2025 Honda Civic lease. They calmed my fears about a lease, answered all my questions and treated me as if I was family. Beyond Max and Cesar, the entire Ziegler Honda team were kind and welcoming. Going in and out of the dealership, doors were opened by other team members. As I waited at Cesar's desk while he worked on finding something that would work within my budget, other team members walking by would make eye contact, smile and ask if I needed water, or even offered a sub sandwich. The entire Ziegler team made me feel welcome and important. Max and Cesar really went above and beyond to get me into a reliable vehicle that I was comfortable with. It's been 6 years since I bought my Forte 5 LX. There were times I drove it 400 + miles a week on crappy Northern California freeways for field work and the only thing replaced was the battery, tires and plugs. It currently has 120,000 miles. This one has a GDI engine but no sign of engine problems. It's the basic LX version and I'm soon putting 16" wheels on it since the 15" steel wheels have that rust look. Overall, this car has been very good to me and is great for a retired person.

Definitely would recommend this place in the future. Made this car buying experience much better for me than my first time buying a car. Definitely appreciate how much I was taken care of and the fact they took what I wanted and helped me find the perfect car for me

I bought my 2018 Kia forte Lx aurora black pearl 63k miles automatic transmission fully loaded. Absolutely gorgeous car inside and out! All xx Aside I absolutely love driving this car! It does everything I ask it to do and it's truly a joy to drive! I can't say enough about the features of the infotainment system and the beautiful interior! All of the safety systems make me feel amazing! I use a car cover on it when it's not being driven and I use the steering wheel club on the wheel when the car's not being driven. I Absolutely Love My KIA!!!!

We stopped by New 2 You auto sales by chance looking for a Jeep Cherokee. And lo and behold they had one. The salesperson Chance came out and greeted us and asked us if we needed any help. We told him we were interested in the Jeep and he said he would go grab the keys. He handed us the keys and said if we wanted to take it for a test drive just let him know. He did not pressure us or try to pull any shade over our eyes. He even suggested that we take it to our mechanic just to ease our minds. Our mechanic found some minor defects. I told Chance about them and he them taken care of right away. All in all I am very pleased with my new Jeep and will recommend New 2 You to anybody who is looking for a good deal on a car.

Very clean interior and lots of interior room and carrying capacity. Great for utility. Seats can be folded down flat to increase utility . 7 passenger to boot !

I purchased my 2013 Kia Sorento LX fwd (3.5L V6 engine non GDI) used with 36,000mi. It now has 167,000mi. (mix of city and 1000+mi road trips). It's had very few issues, and it's still running strong. The 3.5 engine seems very durable. I change the oil and use only high quality full synthetic oil and filter. The few minor issues include limited life for front turn signal/head light bulbs, slightly stiff suspension, and easily stained fabric seats. The suspension and steering seem pretty durable as well. I only use Michelin Defender tires, and I've gotten 95,000mi out of them. It's never needed an alignment.

I have enjoyed my Kia Sportage. It gets good gas mileage on a trip. It is the sportiest car I have ever had. It is a good looking car. I love the wheel covers. I get compliments on the looks of it. I brought it from Alabama to Wyoming without a hitch.

Very impressed with this car yes I would recommend it it seems to be sensitive to get gas and necessary maintenance but it's very reliable it's affordable luxury I would recommend taking advantage of the recalls for something I was leery about it's turned out to be my baby

I've had this car since 2009, it now has a little over 121,000 miles. Other than routine and expected repairs and maintenance it has been problem free. It still looks great with the exception of a ding on both front doors thanks to other people and a scraped back bumper that I did. It has been a great and very reliable car and I am keeping it until it dies!
