I love this Kia Soul. It is my first vehicle to give me better vision from being higher up. I love that. The vehicle rides smoothly and is a joy. My Soul is a metallic gray. I love the brake lights! The bright red lights look awesome against my gray vehicle. All in all, since I leased this car, I will lease another one when I turn this one in.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Went in looking for a car. The sales staff were no haggle, friendly, and accomodating! Super nice people! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a used car. Didn't feel pressured at all and they were very friendly, up front and honest!!

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

I absolutely love dealing with Annapolis Hyundai. I've been getting my car serviced there for years and yesterday I bought a new one from this location. Most of the process was completed before I even got there which made for a smooth purchase and the price is exactly what I asked for. I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

We bought a 2020 Kia Soul GT. We loved it. I caution you to NOT buy into all the add-on warranties. You will never get your money out. We got snookered in and it raised our pmt by several $$. We loved the car so much that we bought a second Soul. We sold the 2020 and kept the 2022. It gets between 35 and 41 mpg. Dealer does all the work.

Our 3rd Soul and this one is a keeper. (npi) Way better power range with the 2.0 4 cyl. Decent gas mileage with mid range driving and a big ,and or, heavy foot. Nimble but stable agility when turning or passing. Great factory quality control as well.

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. From beginning to end I have loved my experience. Henry was fabulous in handling my salde. He has a great de.eanor and was very patient. Vincent was superb in how swiftly he had the deal done and was very informative with the options offered. Brandon was super nice in answering my calls in requesting courtesy shuttle and made a point to meet me personally upon my arrival. Everyone else (I did not get their names) were super helpful. What stuck me was how professional the sales staff was and extremely nice, willing to make sure I had my needs met. I have not bought a car in 13 years and have always loathed the process. I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

The visit for service was uneventful. I waited, informed of what was needed & when it would be ready. Had a cup of tea, finished emails and then my car was ready.

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

I just received my car back from Antwerpen VW and it was a ling process,but thanks to Mike Hooper, the process was easier. I would check on my car on a regular basis and would keep me up to date on progress which really appreciated!! 🤔

Definitely very comfortable driving this car. Good on gas. Has a lot of great options and a lot more room inside than I thought it would have 4 adults can sit very comfortably and this car.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

I love my Kia Niro Hybrid! I love all of the info that is continuously displayed above my steering wheel next to the speedometer that shows me when electric power is being used or being stored; my current MPG based on my driving practices; and at the end of my trip, it tells me exactly what my mpg was for that trip as well as what percentage of my driving was economical, normal, or aggressive! What an eye opener! I was able to increase my awareness of how my driving practices immediately impact the bottom line! I was able to reduce my aggressive driving from 11% to just 3% within just a few months. Now I don’t just think I’m a good driver, I KNOW that I am a safer driver! As an older driver, I am thrilled with the back up camera! Such a big help backing out of parking spaces in parking lots ( no blind spots!) and getting out of my driveway onto a major thoroughfare in my town! I feel so much safer. And being a grandmother of a kid in elementary school, a kid in day care, and a toddler I keep all day, I have precious cargo! But my favorite thing of all is that I only have to get gas about every 3 weeks instead of every week! I highly recommend the 2018 Kia Niro Hybrid! I didn’t think I could afford it when I bought it used 2 years ago…until I realized how much money I would be saving at the gas pump! I’m very happy with it!

It's hard to put in words how great this company is. Just like a lot of people the last few years have been hard on all of us. Me and my wife were in the market to get a new car. Only problem was that are credit was far from great. And we did not have alot of money to put down. After dealer after dealer that could not help us unless we had at least $5000 down. And really had that kind of money? So my wife called eastern moters and from the start they were great. We told them are story and the best part is they listen to us. We never left are home and within hrs and a small down payment ($1000) we had a beautiful new electric cat. And they delivered the car to us. It was more than a hrs drive for them. No one and I mean no one as a customer has ever treated me so well. I will never buy a car from anyone but eastern moters. Thank you for doing what no car dealer could do. God bless

On the 2020 recall, dealer fixed it with no problem, offered a loaner car for the duration. Very good gas mileage. Also, dealer will now install anti-theft system, all with NO CHARGE.
