I have owned a Kia Soul Brownstone Edition for 6 years now. It hasn't given us any issues aside from a brake ABS failure in warranty. However, since Kia skimped out on immobilizers, I wouldn't get one without push button start, which is most of them, unfortunately. While they extended the warranty on the engine, they have plenty of fundamental issues with it, and also, my Kia after 4 years, has noises in front and back suspension sway bars, and the strut tower bearings make noise. While these don't need to be fixed, they make the car sound like crap. I just drove a 2019 Kona with the same amount of miles, and the suspension on that was just fine. Might be due to the larger wheels and smaller profile tires, I don't know. If Kia ever sells the EV soul in the US, I'd get that. So far, they've been good.

The Kia Soul is great for commuting and getting around town. It gets very good mileage and has everything I need to get comfortably from point A to point B. It's not a "Grand Tourer." It won't set your heart aflutter as your roar down the interstate. But it's comfortable to drive, the styling is good (I kind of like the older model years slightly better), and the features are well thought out and valuable. I REALLY like the Kia Soul! The one I won now is my second one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I end up with another some day.

Scheduled a Maintenace Oil Change for my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. Arrived asked for the 3 time oil pricing. The Technician set it up. The oil change and tire rotation was quick and in an expected manner. This is a great place to get your vehicles oil changed.

Purchased new 2016 Forte Five. I've had one problem with air conditioning in 2020. Dealership ordered part, in 10 days fixed. Under warranty, I paid nothing! Runs great! Oil changed regularly. Put new brake pads on all around at 45,000 miles. New Micheline tires! Really improved handling. Only 64,000 Mike's on currently. Did have to replace battery in 2022. Was over 5 years old. Great mileage! Plan on driving several years down the road!

I wrote a review about how I wasn't taken care of. Since then jerry seiner kia reached out to me and apologized and DID make things right. I wanted to take down my other review but I don't know how. So I am feeling better about this dealership.

This is the second Soul I've owned. The first one was a 2022 LX model and had some problems with the idle stop/start feature. It took 5 trips to the dealer before the issue was resolved. The 2024 LX model I recently purchased is roomy and has a number of standard features that are extra-cost on most other vehicles. The engine provides a lot of pep considering it's only 2.0 liter and non-turbo. The ride is a bit rough--not sure if that's inherent with the car or due to the lousy roads where I live. At any rate, I'm a very satisfied customer!

No experience in repair rating so average given. Overall 4 stars due to no one being perfect. They came very close. We will recommend Velocity to anyone needing a near new vehicle.

I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

I have been looking for a Subaru Baja fora while now and I finally did at carmax in salt lake. I was three hours away and couldn't get out there quickly so they held the car for me. FOR A WEEK. They had people come in and was wanting it.But they still held it. I wish they would negotiate on the price. But I got it at a good price. The car was in top shape and the interior is awesome. We were in the market to purchase 2 vehicles. One we knew exactly what we were wanting and had actually found Velocity by looking for that vehicle. We searched around for a few weeks but kept going back to the vehicle that Velocity had listed due to the lower price, lower mileage and overall value. We finally pulled the trigger yesterday and went in to test drive the vehicle. Instantly fell in love and ended up finding another vehicle on their Draper lot for our second purchase. Between Ty, Cory (American Fork location) and Efrain (Draper location), they made the process extremely painless, got us the cars we wanted at a great deal and worked with us on our trades. We walked out with the payments we wanted, the vehicles we wanted and literally no hassle or pressure from anyone. A little bird approached me with the intel that these guys had a brand spank-me-silly new 2015 Mazda3 Grand Touring w/ the upgraded engine and all the bells and whistles. That's great of course, since they always have those, but this one had that so so sweet 6 speed manual tranny, which is semi-rare due to the luxurious trim level and the lazy ol' stuffed shirt demographic it typically caters to. My salesman, Jon, was knowledgeable and authoritative yet hands-off, which I like-- a lot. I gave it a twice over, pushed its limits on the test cruise and walked out with keys in hand and a full tank of gas in less than 2 hours. This car is a real peach; a tour de force; an artistic atom-bomb, and Jon was my very own lone cowboy, traversing dry and unforgiving landscapes whilest being harassed by auspicious outlaws to provide an explosive deal (xxxx near close to what they bought it for) to a poor prospector like me. Their money woman, Kath, was great and made the numbers all too easy. So I was planning on spending nearly twice what I did on a Lexus F-Sport and, thankfully, this experience brought me to my senses. The only thing the F-sport really has on the 3 is how puffy the leather seats are, and I prefer the rugged life. Just to be clear, I gave myself what I wanted; the holy grail, bank account sustaining face-melter speed demon I think I deserve but probably don't. Some say this Jon character still moseys around the dealership to this very day, but I can't provide any evidence to back that up. Happy hunting!

After driving my GF's 2020 Soul Xline and her mother's 2020 Ex round trip from Arizona to Wisconsin I decided to buy a 2023 Soul Ex for myself and my GF's also purchased a new one. I'm 6'3" and am comfortable driving cross country, the car is smooth and doesn't have the horrible road noise associated with smaller FWD vehicles. The soul is a fun to drive great value vehicle. After 10 months and 10K miles I've had zero Issues and am extremely happy with my soul.
