Very happy with our purchase! It's got lots of power & very comfortable. With 2nd row folded down we can get 24 bags of groceries in it. Seats are comfortable & my husband who's 6'6" has plenty of leg room. Now I understand why I see so many Kias on the road!!! It's a joy to drive!

I purchased my 2013 Kia Sorento LX fwd (3.5L V6 engine non GDI) used with 36,000mi. It now has 167,000mi. (mix of city and 1000+mi road trips). It's had very few issues, and it's still running strong. The 3.5 engine seems very durable. I change the oil and use only high quality full synthetic oil and filter. The few minor issues include limited life for front turn signal/head light bulbs, slightly stiff suspension, and easily stained fabric seats. The suspension and steering seem pretty durable as well. I only use Michelin Defender tires, and I've gotten 95,000mi out of them. It's never needed an alignment.

Isaac was polite, professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. There was no pressure or upsell at all. The dealership building was clean and comfortable. The only reason we didn't buy from them is we ended up going with a different model, a 2023 Ioniq 5 Limited.

Way too crowded. Cars parked everywhere make it hard and somewhat daunting to pull your car up for service. That need a bigger area to park cars or a lot so the property presents better

Bought in September 2019, before the pandemic and before the chip shortage for $25900.00 . Now have 65700 miles with no trouble. If you want a reasonable reliable SUV this is it. American made in West Point , GA. Built by non union workers so you will not get the junk the United Auto Workers Union builds. Always use synthetic oil, change every 8-10 thousand miles. Yokohama tires it came with only lasted 40,000 miles. Have Cooper tires on all my autos now, great wearing tires.

Trouble with oil pan leaking.Apparently a number of persons have had the same problem.Lots of oil pans in stock locally,no problem to find one.Seems as though this is a known problem.But the problem is blamed on the local garages.Dealer says the local garages tightens the plug too much.Anyone else out there with same problem?

My week started off by getting my Accord totalled by an uninsured driver who fled on foot. After a week of pain and misery I finally had a bright spot. I went into Howdy Honda Pre-owned and 3 hours later drove out in a beautiful 2020 Civic.

I own a 2011 EX V6. I bought it with 61,000 miles on it in March 2021. I have just at 111,000 miles on it now. Best car I've ever owned. Had a mustang and Camaro before this and they were terrible. The worst problem I've had is the driver side door won't open from the outside, but opens from the inside. The battery died about 2 months after I bought, but I bought a new one, and it's been fine since. The driver side headlight went out bout a month ago but replaced it. Driver side fog light is out. Had check engine light come on about a month ago, but it was just the gas cap. Honestly, I've seen a lot of people with bad 2011 sorentos, so I'm grateful mine is good. Older couple in their 80s bought it brand new in 2010, and then I bought it at the dealership as they were finalizing their new Buick purchase. They told me the history of the car and everything. They barely drove the car 6,000 miles a year, so I think I lucked out. Now, the car feels every bump on the road, so not the comfiest SUV I've been in. The leg room isn't terrible in the 2nd row, but good luck with a rear facing car seat lol. You'll have to move the driver or passenger seat forward if you put the car seat behind them.

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

There is quite a bit to love about my 2025 Kia Sorento X Line. Great features, decent size navigation screen. However, I find the seat to be a bit uncomfortable due to the edging on the back of the seat with how it is curved. Also, I’m not sure exactly how long the paint job will last as my salesman did mention it’s not the best. My dealership wiped it clean instead of actually washing it before I took possession of it and this caused swirl marks all over it!

I was greeted in a timely manner. My concerns were addressed with expertise. I like being able to have my vehicle serviced by one facility, in which the service history is well known. The Lead Service Technician was very helpful.

I've own a 2024 Kia Sorento SX Prestige for two months and have been completely satisfied with it. It has more then enough power. For those who have an issue with the dual clutch transmission, should understand that it is a computer controlled manual transmission. It will respond a bit differently then a conventional torque converter type. Some have said it doesn't shift smoothly at lower speeds but I personally have had no issues. I live in Pittsburgh Pa, which has a hilly terrain and bad roads and no problems so far. Stop and go traffic has been a none issue. Very smooth shifting transmission! The ride quality is very good. A little on the firmer side, but it takes large bumps well. Seats are comfortable and the interior has a premium feel. I've own a 2019 Honda Pilot Touring and in my opinion, the Sorento is better in every way except for the room in the rear. And where it excels is in the features it offers! It's much better equipped than Pilot at a less expensive price. It has so far been the best car I've own in my fifty years of buying cars! Everything works! Sorento has been one of Kia's more reliable vehicles. I highly highly recommend!

2014 SXL, FWD. really nice vehicle.. great performance.. lots of high level luxury in the car.. including heated and cooled seats!! the touchscreen is easy to maneuver and the physical buttons make it very convenient and does not require that you take your eye's off the road. seats are very comfortable. I have two complaints. the chrome wheels.. almost impossible to prevent rust underneath.. would have preferred aluminum wheels instead. And the third row is useless and should never have been offered. Purchased vehicle used in 2016 with less than 3k miles on it. (really) Pleasure to drive, not to firm, not mushy.. great stereo.. I love this car!!!

The car is great to drive. Has a really decent range for being an electric vehicle. Manufacture states 239 miles per charge but I get 254 miles per charge. Quest, smooth and relaxing drive. Has plenty of power and option. The back seat as a good amount of leg room and I am 6'2". Recommend this car to anyone.

Rex is outstanding. He recently sold me a new 2025 CR-V. He was very helpful and genuinely warm and friendly. He arranged for me to drive it home to see if my handicapped husband could get in and out of it easily. It was perfect and I purchased the car. After driving it for a month, I became concerned of a possible steering issue and notified Rex. He immediately fit me in to repair and couldn't have been more accommodating. We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!! I bought a one year old GT line with 7000 miles on it for $37k. With no fed rebate available new or used its the only way the Kia is cost competitive with tesla and vw. I wanted the sunroof, heads up display and heat exchanger, so had to go w 4wd. Unfortunately the 4wd gt line also comes with 20" wheels with 255 width tires, this drops the efficiency much further than the heat pump helps it. The ride is also a bit firmer than in other 19" wheel equipped ev6 I've driven. Otherwise the car is great, actually listed by the EPA as a wagon, Kia wants to sell it as an suv, I love that it's a wagon. The only electric wagon you can buy in the US! (Porsche taycan cross turismo might qualify). The build quality is very good, feels as solid as my last Mercedes. Storage space is good but not as ultra efficient as tesla or lucid. Having standard controls for lights and wipers is a big plus. The software needs a little help as it is not in the same league as tesla when it comes to navigation and updates. The Meridian sound system is really bad. Meridian also provide systems for Jaguar and Range Rover and have some very well regarded and expensive home systems. I have no idea how this powerful 14 speaker system can sound so terrible but it does. It completely lacks smoothness and clarity, my 40 year old Proton clock radio is easier to listen to than this mess. I've gone online, tried every setting option available and have only managed modest improvements. Hopefully there is a software upgrade in the works that can help. The seats are comfortable, the range is decent and the charging can be fast. The full on performance in sport mode is a great party trick but eco mode is the way for daily driving. Buy a used one to avoid the immediate $20k depreciation and you have a great car that go head to head with anything out there.

Have driven just over 20,000 miles so far. No issues. Drive between Clearwater and Gainesville regularly plus a couple other family trips and daily around town. Averages about 27 mpg at 75, quiet and pleasant ride. Trips were nice with good visibility front and back and plenty of room for stuff. Highly recommend.

This vehicle handles so great; very easy and comfortable! There is plenty of leg room and passenger room. The dash is easy to navigate and a really fun vehicle to drive. I LOVE it! And, so does my co-pilot, 26 year old son with Down Syndrome -- it met his approval too!

I bought mine brand new online and picked it up at dealer with lifetime oil changes. Great for family trips seats 7 with the third row and with roof cross bars and hitch I had a ton of space to load up our stuff. had car for ten years and it never left me stranded. In the ten years of ownership, I replaced tires, battey, brakes, air filters, wipers. at 77K miles I went in for routine oil change and the dealer ship let me know there was a recall on the engine and that they were replacing my engine no charge. They provided me with a loaner until it was all done. I now have 104,000 on the car and still going strong.
