I own a Kia Soul 2016 has currently 62,000 miles ,purchased it with 23,000 miles on it.So far its been a fantastic car. No maintenance issues. Keep up with all the recommended maintenance and I'm sure your have a long time vehicle.

It has very hard time trying to get a KIA representative on the phone regarding the recalls. I no longer have a working computer, but I did wait 1 1/2 hours on the phone for assistance, really even longer more than a month before. I have been calling since August without any results until today 9/12/23

I bought my 2010 Soul right off the line and have loved her since. She's a red shortage with the flashing speakers and red/black interior. It's easy and fun to drive, can park it anywhere, good on gas and tags cheaper than an SUV. I can pack a ton of stuff in her when I flip the seats down. I feel safe in her because she's well balanced and has multiple airbags. I now have 159,000 miles on her and looking forward to the next. It's a good car that is cheaper to buy than others. I drove 102 miles to work everyday. She handled the ice and snow great (I also kept good tires on her). Recommended my youngest daughter get one. She did and loves herself too.

I think it’s equally as important to let people know when you have excellent service I bought a Mercedes C 300 from Bob today and it was absolutely a seamless transaction.... Before purchase, I did extensive research on this vehicle bc it was it was as close to a Mini Countryman in design as I could find. I am completely satisfied & never regretted after many miles & years. I am forever amazed at how well it is designed for comfort & ease of repairs. It contains more standard options than most and more than some expensive top of the line brands. After 9 years behind the wheel of this 2014 plus, I can only desire two faults that I'd improve, and that's the sides of the hood get dented very easily & the steering "feel" is very dead and unresponsive

My experience theft on tiktok and YouTube to break in them. Torn collar from swirling wheel collar. This car is nice and convenient why would that happen to this soul lx Kia.

When my daughter was 16, I went down to buy a salvage title car for her. Ended up buying an infinity G37 for myself and gave her my old car :). I drove that infinity for the next 6 years and handed it down to my son in law, and it’s still going strong. In the meantime, bought 4 other cars for others in my family and all are still on the road. Have referred Sam to numerous friends and all have had good experiences. You are buying a salvage title car, it may not be perfect. From my calculations these are priced at about 66% of what a similar clean title car would cost at a dealership. Have had no issues being able to insure the vehicles through USAA. Will be buying again from Sam!

Love my KIA SOUL; wish it was Brand New. At my age It would be my best performance car in life.. I will never drive nothin else.. It is perfect in most all ways as for the performance concern.. A number one experience! From the first phone call to the delivery of my new vehicle at my home 60 miles away the very next day, the entire experience was excellent. Performs flawlessly but charging technology is badly designed and takes too long. If Kia had their own chargers like Tesla, that would be better. But they don't.

This car is amazingly fun to drive: it has a ton of power and torque, and handles like a sports car. I have the Wind AWD w/ Tech Package. The cabin is a good mix of touchscreen and physical knobs/buttons. The Meridian sound system provides fantastic audio. There is a lot of space with the rear seats folded flat.

I bought a 2017 Kia Optima, my credit was a bit challenging was ready to give up until I came across metro auto. Called in I got an appointment the same day . About 3 hours I came out with a new car . Thank you metro auto team !

This is the second sol I have owned and I couldn't be happier. Although both were bought in Tucson Arizona the dealership in Lawrence Kansas has been great. I haven't been notified of a recall on my car I am concerned about the anti theft device I have been hearing about and the oil ring problem in some of the 2020 sols. Just a little worried my car may have this problem. Any info would be great.

When I bought my Kia Soul in 2019, I wasn't expecting much. It already had 55K+ miles on it, and it was a crossover vehicle, which I'd never owned(I always owned cars!). I have to admit, I've been pleasantly surprised for the most part. I do wish it got better gas mileage around town, but it does have great pick-up, lots of interior room, and a nice-looking exterior. Att 73K+ miles now, I've yet to have a mechanical problem.

Comfortable! Reliable! Cool style that My Cool Dad would have Loved!!! Hassan at Kia Springfield chose this car for me. He was 100 percent correct! I will never buy a regular car again. To be lifted off floor is fantastic. I feel so safe driving it. I highly recommend Kia Soul!!!
