It was a little more of an ego-boost when people would simply ooh and ahh instead of trying to grab a piece of your pie. Still, it's a wonderful mode of transpo within our gated community or off-roading in Beverly Hills.

I was visiting my son this week and decided to check out Gulf Coast Motor Works. I walked in and was greeted by a polite young man who asked if he could assist me. I told him I was just going to browse and take in the super cars etc… He said “no problem enjoy.” After looking at a fleet of beautiful vehicles I was getting ready to leave when an old man came in and said to the young salesman “how much will you give me for this car.” The car was an early 2000’s Chrysler convertible. Nice snap, low miles, but obviously not a vehicle that this dealership would specialize in. Nevertheless the young salesman asked him a few questions and then actually went outside and looked at a vehicle. The old man realized he was in the wrong type of car dealer and asked where he could sell his old car. The young salesman mentioned Carmax etc…. Then the other salesman came out and took some photos and spoke with the man. I have no idea if they were just entertaining him or possibly trying to help him sell his car? What I do know is that these two salesman did not ignore me when I came in nor did they blow off this old man with an obviously an expensive older vehicle. They demonstrated excellent customer service and if I were in the market for a high-end vehicle or supercar this is the first dealership I would go to based solely on how they treated me and the attention and respect they showed the customer. Congratulations guys you demonstrated what true salesmen ought to be. Good luck!

It was a very difficult purchase to begin with because It was a blind purchase and I had to make my purchase based on the impression I received from Alan. When I finally got the delivery of the vehicle in Denver Colorado, I realized that Alan was an honest salesman and he meant every word he said. From the long distance phone deal to remote signing and financing, he was right on time and exactly as he promised. Very good character and a man I will do business with in the future.
